I don't think there's anything in the world that fills my soul with more happiness and warmth than Indian and Nepali food. Desi Mama's kitchen staff is truly cooking each dish with an immense amount of care and culinary excellence. Matar paneer is one of my favorite Indian dishes and Desi Mama's is the best I've had. I also had the Chicken 65 (immaculate). However, the standout dish by far was the Chicken Jhol Momo. I'm obsessed. I cannot believe I've been deprived of Nepali dumplings my entire life.
