The 4 Bistro and Wine Bar — Restaurant in South Euclid

So many little things add up to a big problem.

Drinks were ok, except their syrup levels on the soda dispenser were bad. Tasted horrible but the tequila sunrise was good

We ordered food and it took a hour with no food yet before I decided to find out what was going on. We ordered flat bread pizzas, their excuse was it takes 45 minutes because they have to bake it first and then put the toppings on it. Which if that is true is a horrible item to put in the APPETIZER menu section.

Look if I can order domino's pizza, get it delivered to my house, eat it and drive over to this place in less time that it took me to get these kinda ok flat breads then that's a issue.

The bartenders were friendly and the situation was out of their control. I also want to mention it was slow to and not extremely busy.

Also if you guys at the 4 Bistro read this, please please please replace your smoke alarm battery, it beeps when it gets a low battery and was very annoying. Another note, the outlets in your bar are very poorly cut out with a circular saw. You can see the horrible cut marks left behind, maybe get some beauty plates are oversized cover plates. I was so excited to go there after following their Instagram page for a while so I invited a friend to go. We ordered the drink special that is advertised daily after confirming with the employee that took our order that the special was in fact in place. When the bill comes, I let another employee know that we were overcharged because we used the advertised drink special and I confirmed it with the person that took our order. The employee tells me that there is no special and goes to speak with the owner. The owner, who was there in the same room, sends the message that the special is for shots only. I pull up the Instagram post that is posted daily advertising the special and nowhere on the the post does it say shots only. The advertisement says ‘daily drink specials’. After going back and forth, I give up and pay. We ended up paying 3 times what we expected to pay in drinks due to false advertisement. The owner never came to speak with us to make it right or even apologize herself which I thought was poor customer service. The food and drinks were good but sadly I don’t think...

Extremely saddened that a black owned business is ran this way. Extremely unprofessional with catering and will never use them again! DO NOT USE FOR ANY CATERING SERVICES unless you're ok with waiting over 2hrs AFTER the set time the food is supposed to be done/available. Do NOT use the "catering services" with any of the relatives for this business as well because it's the same unprofessional and terrible time management skills and services. Did not offer a discount or accommodations for the extremely late services and because of the over 2hr wait, a lot of guests had left and never received food. At the end, we did not get any of the leftovers as well, even though more than half the guests did NOT eat. Truly a scam. Would never recommend. Gives a very bad reputation to black owned and they only further the stereotypical views for our beautiful...
