Placed an order to be delivered to my corporate store that I work at via the Dominos mobile app. Marked the payment option as cash at delivery time. The delivery person came to my store & left the pizzas up by the front registers & quickly left without collecting the cash payment. I went on the dominos app to see if maybe they had charged my card on file, they hadn’t. They simply delivered the pizzas without collecting any form of payment. Several hours later, a phone number I didn’t recognize started texting & calling my personal cell phone number & they said that they were the dominos pizza delivery person & they were requesting that I personally Zelle app them for the pizzas. I called the store I ordered from & spoke to a dominos rep that said that the pizzas in question for my order had not been delivered (they had) & that if I want to re-do my order, I could have that option. I didn’t understand why there was a random phone number still calling/texting my personal cell phone asking me for a Zelle money transfer then, so I blocked the number. I do not want to give my electronic payment information to anyone that I don’t know. The person started spam calling/texting my cell phone from a new different phone number saying that they were the delivery person wanting for me to Zelle money to them & that they were going to come in to my place of work the following day to look for me so they could collect a payment for the pizzas. I called the store I ordered from again & spoke to a person named Ashley who said she was the manager & I told her the situation. She told me that she didn’t instruct the delivery driver to personally call/text my number to collect a Zelle payment & that they were trying to figure out why the delivery driver’s cash drawer was short for the day. She then put me on hold (she never apologized for the unprofessionalism) & a man’s voice came on the phone & he said that the delivery driver shouldn’t have spam texted/called my phone (he never apologized for the unprofessionalism) & he inquired if I would now pay for the pizzas. I told him that in the beginning, before all this happened I would have liked to pay for the pizzas, but now after the unprofessionalism & spam text/call harassment, I don’t want to pay any money. He said that the money will come out of the delivery driver’s paycheck if I didn’t pay. He continued to say that the money should have been ready on delivery. I said that if that was the case, the delivery driver shouldn’t have delivered the pizzas without collecting a payment. He then said that their domino’s location would not deliver pizzas to my earlier specified address any more in the future. Fine by me. Think I can’t easily find another pizza delivery spot...
Read moreI love dominos really but this location on tweedy is always burning food I ordered food adding up to nearly $100 dollars so I called in right after I ordered online and I asked politely, "CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE MY ORDER IS CORRECT AND PLEASE DO NOT BURN MY FOOD", DUE TO NUMEROUS OCCASIONS OF DOMINOS BURNING MY FOOD. SO THEY DELIVERED MY FOOD AND THEY DID THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ASKED THEY BROUGHT MY FAMILY AND I BURNT FOOD REALLY NOT APPETISING ALMOST $100 WORTH OF FOOD AND THEY CAN NOT GET MY ORDER RIGHT. SO I CALLED DOMINOS TO LET THEM NOT AND THE MANAGER JUST ARGUED ME DOWN SAYING HE CHECKED MY ORDERED AND IT WAS OK, THEN I TOLD HIM CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT SO YOU GONE TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS ISH I THINK NOT NO NOT MY HARD EARNED MONEY IF I HAD A FOOD BUSINESS AND A CUSTOMER IS DISSATISFIED I WOULD NEVER CHALLENGE THEM AND TELL THEM WELL I CHECKED AND THE FOOD IS NOT BURNT AND MAKE A PERSON ACCEPT BURNT FOOD THATS INTIMIDATING SO NOW ITS BEEN A HOUR SINCE I RECEIVED MY FOOD TO GET A REFUND THE GUY SAYS IT TAKES DAYS FOR REFUND BUT I PAYED CASH SO IM STILL WAITING FOR DOMINOS TO PULL UP WITH MY REFUND IDK ITS TAKING LONG WHEN THEY WERE IN A RUSH TO DELIVER MY FOOD THAT TURNED OUT BURNT. Read moreOrdered online for pickup. When I got to the store Dilcia tells me she can't take my card, "corporate blocked it" cash only. She would not give me contact information for her supervisor. She gave me the email to customer service.
I looked up the corporates phone number. Corporate says this is a franchise and they can NOT block anything in this store. They would contact the franchisee and have them contact me.
Sooo...$35 worth of food has been thrown away and I am now at pizza hut.

** UPDATING *
I was contacted by the corporate office. The reason they blocked me from using any type of credit or debit card was they thought there was possible card fraud that happened in July. They were apologetic and have unblocked my account. They also offered me a gift certificate for the trouble.
I made a suggestion to them that something is placed on the screen for the store employees to tell the customer the reason the account is blocked other than just "corporate blocked it". I hope they take that suggestion and incorporate it into their business.
