McDonald's — Restaurant in South Gate

Im very DONE with the McDonalds app and The McDonalds on Firestone and Otis in South Gate Ca. Yes its convenient because its around the block. 90% of the time is sugarfree iced coffee and when my app lets me know the next is free - its sweet. I've been trying to collect my free since Aug. Once Im told by the young man at the window (It will be ready the next time you come around.) I questioned showing him all 5 are marked off. He said (The app was refreshing pull over to the side waiting area until it refreshes.) I didnt have time Another visit the young lady saw where it said my next coffee was free but when she scanned it it wouldnt register. She input the code - nothing. Get this, another tile the young woman told me when my app stalled and wouldnt open that their wifi was down. WHAT? I left drove around the block to my house the app opened. Drove back to McDonalds and it would not open. How does this happen? This past week, my last time, the young lady told me. Im sorry the scanner system isnt working and the manual as...

It was ok.... the girl taking my order didn't know what she was doing. I asked her a price on something and she added to my order. Then the manager came out and she asked her for help and then she asked me what do I want... SMH. I told her , how much is a sausage biscuit? So after her pushing a lot of buttons she finally told me it was a 1.49. And she said do you want it and I said yeah no problem. And she read back my order to me and I said okay. So needless to say after all that my order was incorrect. And I forgot to mention while she was taking my order she was totally staring at another crew member with lust in her eyes. I would never go there again unless I HAD to. Very disappointed because I was the only one there...

This Macdonald receive from me a zero star.. the associate one. of the leader. Was a female... very rude . With any questions that I make a bout the food. cutting me out. So I ask for someone else to take my order. and my bigmac combo. Was so bud that we put it in the trash they put . Too much mayonnaise. We couldn't eat it.. also no napkins. No ketchup. .I just put my money that I work so hard for it. in the trash.. don't go to this. Macdonald. In Firestone Bl. Close to walmart. Bud service. Very rude associate. .very bud food. The owner. Needs to do more coaching on this associates otherwise it will affect other restaurant Macdonald. . And it will be. A. good by . PRITY...
