1 star for customer service as it was good. The lady was very nice, but a big ZER0 for bread quality. This is by far the worse bread I've had tried. Not only tasted old but weird. One of the breads when I started eating it my palate and mounth began to feel numb as something was making me allergic, and in my life I had never felt like that. Also the rest of the bread was bad bad bad in flavor, nothing like any other Mexican bakeries. Not only was expensive as I paid $17 but no one liked the bread.
