Jesse is awesome! Despite being known for it's reputation of "Animal Style Fries," "Milkshakes" or the iconic "Spread" and "Double Double" Cheese Burger. There's other items on the menu you're able to select and some of them are quite soothing for the tastebuds. One of which, are the lettuce wraps, since bread has quite a bit more calories and are packed with carbs. It's arguable that it's one of the healthier options and the costs are reasonable. Second, if you're a vegetarian (not a vegan, I'll get to that later in this review) there's a handful of available items. Including, the veggie burger, is pretty self-explanatory, it's just vegetables and spread. Another vegetarian item, is a grilled cheese, simply put, it's nothing more than just cheese with vegetables and spread on two buns. Of course there's the classics, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and iconic double-doubles. In addition to sodas, a healthier alternative, is unsweetened tea with lemon (which I recommend) filled with ice. Furthermore, another perk is during rainy days, children have free hot chocolate. Lastly, vegans are able to eat here, as far as I'm concerned, the french fries are cooked in vegetable oil and unsweetened tea, doesn't have any honey. Probably the, only vegan item on the menu, is a lettuce wrap without cheese, or meat and spread. Otherwise, you're just better off eating a salad. Overall, most items are affordable and under $10. Although it does get chaotic at times in here, the wait usually is under 10 to 15 minutes. Collectively, the employees provide great service on to it's customers, most of the customers are locals and nearby students, I...
Read moreWent to eat here with my cousin at 1:20am. We ate in the parking lot. We ordered double doubles animal style and animal style fries (the food was cold and was poorly thrown together as if they were rushing). After eating we tried to start our car and it wouldn't start. We called AAA and they told us it would be an hour wait before anyone would be able to assist us. My cousin and I needed to use the restroom (number 1). We went to the IN N Out and they wouldn't let us in. They had a security guard who didn't speak any English and was very rude and disrespectful. She originally told us that we had to show proof that we bought food from there for her to let us in. I showed her the receipt and she then said "No!" Because they are closing. I asked to speak to her manager or the onsite manager of IN N Out and she said she already talked to them and they said "no" also. This was a lie because she was in front of me the whole time so I know she didn't talk to anyone. The employees were all there but we're more concentrated on leaving and serving cold sloppy food than letting us in. This is the last time I would go here. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you enjoy paying a good amount of money to be served low quality food and mistreated. It's honestly not a hard thing to do your job the...
Read moreI went to in n out on Friday night late night after a return trip from LAX right before closing and I ate my food in the parking lot and I had to use the restroom real quick I went to the door but they closed a few minutes earlier I asked the security guard who didn't speak English is incan go in real quick and she asked for my receipt so I produced the receipt and she asked the on duty lead behind the counter if I can come in to use the restroom while other customers were inside as well waiting on their food. I was turned down. I felt horrible because I have always liked in n out I gebe have relatives who work for this company. I feel like it was a really bad customer service to turn me down while there were still customers in the eating area and waiting for their food and it was 5 minutes past closing. The entire time it took to communicate and get someone to translate and ask the lead on duty And explain everything I would have been done going pee already. Now not using the restroom I had no where else to go...I honestly don't believe I can come back from this. Good luck with loyalty and customer service going downhill it's...
