This establishment is located in a non-descript strip mall near the 105 freeway. It's fairly easy to miss this place while driving by. My first visit was about 20 years ago, and I've been coming back every now and then when I'm craving a Italian-style sub. The bread is freshly baked, with a golden crispiness that combined with melting cheese, is hard to resist. My favorite sandwich is the mushroom steak, which includes a generous helping of beef and marinated mushrooms.
Georgios is owned by a friendly Korean couple, who always exchange pleasantries with customers. They definitely know how to run a business, and it shows by the number of longtime employees that have been with them for many years.

I’ll definitely be coming back.
