Stay away from this place. If, you like good Buffalo Wings this is not your comfort joint you want spend your money at. I was apart of the Long Beach wing craze over 30 ago in which this creator claims. The creator really has done a disservice to the city of Long Beach and the West Coast craze creators of the Buffalo Wing hype (Honey Bucket, Thirsty Isles, and Glory Days). I ordered the Atomic sauce for myself. When my wings arrived I informed the women at the counter that my wings were dry. She continued to charge me for extra sauce. I wish I hadn't done that. The Atomic sauce is made with Chipotle Chili's which not traditional at all. The flavor just wasn't there like the original creator's of the Buffalo Wing the Anchor Bar. The original flavor is Cheyenne Pepper sauce and Butter, with additional Cheyenne Pepper to get to the different levels of hottness. I wasn't impressed at all with their Wings or...

My reviews graded this throughly do not come often. I was a General Manager for several fast food and fast casual restaurants for many years. So when im in a restaurant for more than expected timing I start getting a natural rhythm of the restaurants productive, health and safety and of course cleanliness along with speed of service. Off the top after i was handed my receipt manager mentioned my order " oh 5 strips it will be about 8min tops sir. I thought great, but it ended up taking 26min. Think about the 20min mark he noticed I was observing and inpatient. He mentioned order coming up sir. Everything is cook to order so it takes time... 😌 A big no no I saw was is his employees wiping sweat from face with arm sleeve while glove touching their hat and hair. Overall food was great but he was over staffed and could have been more productive with amount of employees on floor counted...

I have been a Buffalo Spot fan for a while. This location is fairly new and I've visited it a couple times. I must say! The food is very fresh and tasty!

My favorite part though? The customer service. Especially last week from a lady named Alicia I think her name was. I visited in the evening. I wanted to try the Atomic flavor and she gave me a little taste with a fry to decide whether it was edible for me. It was and I ordered Atomic flavoring on my chicken. But her care and customer service made me feel welcome and comfortable! Like hey only order this if you can eat it! So thoughtful of her.
