To begin this review, I would like to congratulate the reader for already knowing more than the employees! When picking up my mobile order, I attempted to confirm that I was at the right location by asking the name of the street that the Wendy’s was on. The man, who was very clearly employed there said, “How am I supposed to know? I’m not from here” Weird… I assumed that his incompetence was a fluke, so I returned for breakfast the next morning. I ordered cinnabon pull parts on the mobile app, and then entered the store just to be rudely told they don’t carry them. They gave us potatoes as a replacement, and in an attempt to make it easier for them, I asked for two cookies to make the price equivalent. Instead of handing over the cookies, this woman in a “certified trainer” shirt began to fumble with the register to make sure that they didn’t give a penny back more than they owed. This turned into a 10 minute debacle in which “certified trainer” screeched into the kitchen that it wasn’t working, messed with the register a bit more, and then continued screeching. Again, I offered to just take the cookies and get out of their hair, but she was incessant on keeping them. At this point, we were just waiting around for the principle of it, so I decided to help them take down their false advertisement for the cinnabon pull aparts. She eventually gave up, so in the end we walked away with some potatoes, two cookies (it took some convincing to get more than one), and a raging headache. I pray for anyone who encounters her and ESPECIALLY the employees who are being trained to treat customers this...
Read moreWent last night as a last minute decision because I had a migraine and HAD to eat. Burger was wrong and called and spoke to manager Denise. She was very nice and apologetic and took my name to have it replaced at my convenience. Went in today 2/6 to have it replaced because I was told I could come anytime. When I got there the manager wouldn’t speak to me (African American male w/dreadlocks). He had the cashier relay his messages even though he was in plain sight, I could hear him speaking to the employee. He said I couldn’t get my burger replaced because he didn’t know anything about it and Denise wasn’t there, so I’d have to come back when she was or I could call the general manager. (All this being said through the employee). A second manager arrived (Sonya I believe) she was nice and was going to replace my burger with no problems. He stopped her and said “I’m jot saying she’s lying...” so needless to say she stopped what she was doing. I explained that Denise took my name and said she put it in the office, her response was “9 times out of 10 it’s not in there anyway.” I asked her if she was even going to look or if they could call Denise. By the end of it all i was so frustrated I decided to leave, the male manager yelled did you give her the GM’s number, I told him “no need, I’m just going to...
Read more4/29/2019 @ 8:20PM. Normally love Wendy's. Store seemed clean enough, and store presented well. No one was in line. After standing at the counter for about 2 minutes with no acknowledgement, an employee walked from the drive through window, around the counter, and kindly said 'excuse me' on her way to deliver food to a waiting drive through customer. The guy in back making sandwiches started looking up every few seconds in what I assume was recognition that no one was helping us. His eyes darted back to the sandwich whenever our eyes met. The drive through girl returned to her post without acknowledging us. Throughout this 4 minutes that felt like 20, a young lady in a white Wendy's t-shirt meandered around, stepping over trash I started to notice as she dropped some fries and went back to staring at the back of the drive through girls head. I stated to my wife that we were going to give this about another 30 seconds. T-shirt girl turned around, saw us, and started talking to another gentleman that walked up to the counter. We promptly left and went to Big Boy. This Wendy's doesn't even meet the minimum level of customer service I am used to at a fast...
