Crescent Moon of South Haven — Local services in South Haven

Crescent Moon has always been a favorite stop each time I visit South Haven, however after today I will never shop there again! I was shopping with my best friend from Chicago and my 4 year old needed to go potty. Since I have tried on several things in the shop I knew they had a fitting room and bathroom in the back so I told my little one let's head inside. Of course the little one was faster than Mom because I was shopping on my way through the store but when I got to the back of the store a very rude clerk said "Oh No! She cannot use this bathroom! Public bathrooms are 2 corners down!" Now don't get me wrong I understand that they may not have public restrooms but her delivery was so unfriendly and just plain rude as she exited my 4 year old away from the bathroom! What happened to customer service? Or just plain...

The store is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, lighthouse, and great restaurants. One of my family’s favorite stores. They sell both Men’s and Women’s clothing. Great brands who support a sustainable future. Patagonia, Toad and Co, Aventura, Liverpool and so many more! They also have a bunch of fun gifts like candles, home goods, jewelry, etc. Definitely my go to for gifts for others and myself 😉. The shoe selection!!! Forget about it, best shoe brands around.
