Starbucks — Restaurant in South Jordan

I love this Starbucks! The staff is so friendly and always seem so cheerful when I talk to them. They get super super busy in the mornings with drive through and are very efficient. Recently when I came through I had ordered a sandwich with my drink and didn’t notice until I had drove off that they forgot to give me my sandwich. It wasn’t a big deal to me, the baristas at window were so nice when I came through, I didn’t really think much of it. When I went back through the drive through a few days later, the woman at the window said she was giving me a recovery card because they forgot my sandwich the other day! I didn’t even bring it up! She was so sweet and apologetic I had to write a review as soon as I got home. I feel like they probably have to deal with a lot of crabby people each day, especially the area we live in, so I really appreciate that they always seem upbeat and happy...

I wish I could remember the kids name that made our drinks here inside Smiths! Isaac? Ian? Aaron maybe? He had tattoos and piercings. He made them better than I think I’ve gotten at any other Starbucks in a good three years. They tasted absolutely phenomenal. Typically lately the drinks we get from stand alone stores are watered down and burnt, but this location in smiths is over the top and perfect. The staff is really nice and the store is clean. We had a gift card so decided to give it a try. They didn't have the sandwich my wife wanted which was fine, but they didn't tell us until after we had already paid. The sandwich she ended up getting was cheaper than the one we paid for and they didn't offer to refund the difference. The eggs inside both of our sandwiches were still frozen.
