This was my 3rd attempt at this location since they opened and once again the customer service was more than lacking. I arrived at 8pm. Not to busy 3 employees. Two males one female. The customers in front of me were briefly chatting with the male employee with long hair. I heard them talking about a volleyball game that was won by their daughter. The employee walk to the back. I approached the counter and was not acknowledged. I decided to place my order online still yet to be acknowledged. I then sat in the lobby for a bit longer. Finally another male employee asked me what I was waiting for. I told him that I got tired of waiting to place my order at the counter and did it online. I told him I was on the board. He asked my name. He went back and said something to the other male employee with long hair about me waiting. By this time the people that were ahead of me have now gotten their order. Then their was a lady that walked in placed her order after I did. Still got her order before I did. The family that was ahead of me have now finished their order and as they were leaving I said I found it absolutely unacceptable that I still had not received my order. 10 piece wing combo. Another 5 minutes go by it's now 9pm and I was still waiting. Finally I was handed my order and I had to ask for my cup. The employee stated they didn't give you your cup. I replied no and said this place has the worst customer service. Got to my car and my fries were cold. Looked on the slip attached to my order and it had an 8:29pm time on it. I wasn't handed my order until 9:07. The long haired employee had gone to the back leaving the other employee up front. This was the employee that had asked my name earlier. There was one other couple in the store at this time. I have tried 3 times and the customer service has failed 2 out of the 3 times. The first time was right after they had opened and that night I was handed my bag and told them all that there needed to be less goofing off and better customer service. Read moreI ordered a late order that was close to closing time and my order was 25 minutes late and I was missing 5 wings. I received a whole box of corn I didn't even order. When I arrived on time I was told it would be 6 minutes. I watched them bagging my order directly and doing another order at the same time. They split the chicken between orders and it resulted in both of us waiting 25 to 30minutes later than our quoted time. My wifes wings were being dressed and bagged when I arrived that means it took them 25 minutes in between each batch of chicken. My wife's chicken was cold and mine was nice and hot. I don't normally write reviews as I've been a chef for 15 years and understand the business. That being said there was 5 hourly employees all working at the same time in the back, which seems like an abuse of labor at that slow of a time and the store manager as well. I watched an employee take her long hair out as she was cleaning alongside the others while they're still cooking. She proceeded to shake her hair out right next to the food. Then climbed on the table to wipe shelves over the make line (where they finish the wings with sauce and store all papers that go in the to-go orders) shaking her hair. I saw sanitizer buckets on the floor, which is a health code violation as well as a safety hazard incase someone trips on it and falls in to the fryer or in general. There was zero communication, leadership, and you can see that the employees directly need training. With as expensive as things are these days I would truly like to see better service in general. Read moreWe used to eat at Wingstop all the time in California, years ago. I was so excited to see one come to Daybreak here in South Jordan. We ordered the other night and boy were we happy. It was so good, hot fresh, and fast. The whole order was perfect, everything was spot on. Their blue cheese and ranch dressing are both amazing, the side order of carrots and celery were some of the freshest, crispy veggies. My husband does not like spicy anything , we ordered him the garlic Parmesan wings, he loves them. They are so good. The order came with two chicken tenders and they were so tasty. I love the original hot wing sauce and it is perfect. I cannot comment on the atmosphere as we did not eat in the restaurant, it was a takeout order.
