Wendy’s — Restaurant in South Jordan

I had the worst experience that I’ve ever had in my 45 years at this Wendy’s last night. I pull up to the drive thu and was asked to wait before they could take my order. She finally takes my order and when I got my food…I immediately ate a fry like I always do when I order fries…who knew you could mess up fries…they tasted like they had been sitting under a food lamp all day…she forgets my chili so I had to drive back…and she had the nerve to tell me that it’s on her that night since she didn’t ring me up for it. Yes I did pay you for it. She didn’t give me a receipt so there was no way to show her that I indeed paid for a large chili. I've always been a really big fan of Wendy's. Most of the staff there speak Spanish which makes sense cuz most of them live in the apartments right by the Wendy's. Most of the time the food is really good. The only time I've had an experience where the food wasn't amazing was late at night. Staff were really friendly, despite them having a hard time understanding me. I've been to this one to use a couple times now not all of the staff are Hispanic though most although most of them are, I've met a couple who usually work on Mondays and Thursdays who speak really good English. In the driveway as we speak. For this to be a new location. There is no care of the quality of food they sell. Was no one in the driveway or inside. Got to the drive thru and was told to hold lol. We did ordered our food and asked for hot fresh fries. Got our food and the the fries had not a hint of heat on them. I couldn’t believe it. Asked for hot fries again in Spanish because the girl didn’t speak hardly any English. Came back in a few sec with redipped fries. They were nasty but hot lol. Will never go to this location again.
