On April 8th, 2024 at 4:45 p.m., I tried to take advantage of the $2 Dave's double offer. Tried using the app but the offer was not showing on the app. After 15 minutes of trying to place an order from in my car, I went into the store and asked the cashier for help. She could not figure it out either and suggested the offer might have expired. (hard to understand that the employees don't know the details of this offer?!) I told her the offer was good until April 10th. After several minutes not being successful, I asked if a Mgr. was available. The manager was very unfriendly. His tone of voice was not at all welcoming or helpful. He too said that if it was not showing in the offers on the phone, the offer must have expired. (A manager who does not know about this March madness offer being valid through April 10th) After a couple minutes of him telling me how he could not help me, the phone rang. Read moreOrder 3 cheese burgers 2 lg fries. First they forgot 1 fry so I go into the restaurant to get my other fry. The girl at the pick up counter says he had yur other fry. Yeah but he didn’t put it in the bag w/my order! Get home to find only 2 burgers have meat!! Not sure if they were trying to be jerks because I only asked for cheese, ketchup & of course meat on the 3 burgers?? How annoying & total inconvenience. This restaurant won’t be here very long if this is the way they do business! My second time at this location & both times they forgot items. This happens to be an ongoing issue. I never have this issue w/any other fast food restaurants. I at least get everything I ordered & paid for. Nothing is inexpensive anymore so when u pay for something u expect to get everything u paid for. Read moreI wanted to give them a 5 so bad because they are over all doing a nice job with the new Wendy's. The servers there are very friendly. Very clean atmosphere. The one problem I have is that I am a big cheese fan. I LOVE my cheese. I've only gone 2 times to this location. The food has been very fresh and beautiful temperatures with the food nice and hot and crispy good!! Unfortunately both times I've gone, I got no cheese on my food that's supposed to have cheese. The first time I asked for extra cheese on my spicy crispy sandwich and got across town in a rush and had NO cheese. Now today I had the breakfast and both didn't have cheese that were supposed to. Good note is that it takes a lot for me to like something if it calls for cheese and I don't get it on. So so say bearing through still eating my food when it was missing is saying a lot.
