Never again! They lost a customer. The black girl working there (I'm black too if anyone has something to say) is rude and so unprofessional. Her handling bagels with bare hands should've been a sign or forewarning. I made my usual order and paid with my card. I left and heard someone yell "Excuse me" "Hey you " on the top of her lungs. I kept walking but the person kept causing a ruckus so I finally saw it was her who was chasing me a block down. She continued to yell and reprimand me saying my card was declined and I needed to give back the bag/food. Embarrassed and confused, I gave it back and went to BOA to see my balance. As I waited in the line, I hear a bang on glass. It was her with the bag handing it to me saying "It went through. Our machine was broken and there was an error". Shocked I took the bag as I was buying bagels for my family as well. Angered by this tacky lady, I made a complaint to the owner how disgusting her approach was. She chased me down the street like I was a thief. Never in my life have I experienced such treatment from a lunatic chasing me down the street informing the public I didn't pay and my card was declined when it was her fault. Why did she jump to that assumption instead of swiping a second time to double check before she chased me down like I was a thief? And she's not new as I was a regular. The other was an everything bagel with butter, locks, and cream cheese! They have a menu board but you can't see the prices on the menu! So they can charge you whatever they want!
