*1st update: got a quick response, but let's get some things straight: I was never rude to any of the employees. I never refused to look at a menu. The menu outside didn't have what I was looking for, which is why I asked, "Do you all have shrimp fried rice?" I was not being fecious. As a 1st time customer trying to be served, why would I approach the people serving me in that manner? *I did call the restaurant and am now waiting for a call back from the owner. 2nd: We wouldn't have to respond to each other in the comments if you, as a respectable business owner, would of called me,, the dissatisfied customer, back. The fact that I called your restaurant to discuss and resolve this matter should be enough. The fact that you didn't extend the opportunity for me to personally discuss my concerns speaks volumes over your comments. Apparently, it is not of concern. Loud and clear. *point proven and thank you* Do not support them. They are really rude, the establishment looks dirty, and they lack customer service skills over all.Went there for the first time on 3/17/22, to order. I asked if they had shrimp fried rice. Guy at the window said yes (never made eye contact) and said 'small or large'. I asked how much they were bc the price may depend on the size I get. The lady (using the word loosely) standing behind him at the window interjected, 'small or large' with her hands on her hips and a scowl on her face. I asked how much they both cost. She proceeded to repeat small or large several times with thee nastiest tone and look on her face. I responded, "why are you talking to me like that?!" "You're really rude and nasty." She walked away talking under her breath. If it was a lack of comprehension, their presentation would of been different, but it wasn't. They just wanted to be nasty overall. 'Would you like a small or large? vs. 'Small or large!' Repetitively and with visibly noted attitude. So.... I went next door PENDANG😀 and spent $40 and had an experience that made up for what I just endured.😊🙌 A local business owner heard the exchange nearby and confirmed that they have been and are really rude to black people and he will never support them again. I stayed outside after ordering from PENDANG and noticed a few other people who were not black were not getting the same treatment. Yikes! Thumbs way down! Lucky Fortune brings bad luck.

I ordered the Mongolian Beef and a the Chef Special Lo mein. The Lo mein was an add on only because my friend raved about how good it is… I was Disappointed to say the least. It had no flavor and I had to drown it in soy sauce. The Mongolian Beef was flavorful however, there was barely any beef. It was all onions and scallions. The picture I posted was AFTER I had picked out most of the scallions (approx 1/2 cup) and I was still left with a container full of onions. Call me crazy, but for $13 I expect more beef and less onions.

My food arrived with the sauce cup half full when I called to address it they sent the delivery driver back with my order. He was very rude and nasty, he got very combative with me and said next time he would not come back because it did not have to be full. This was for large shrimp egg foo young at that! I see you guys responded about the sauce but said nothing about that RUDE delivery driver!

If you're a person of color, I strongly advise you to take your money elsewhere. I Walked and asked about the menu and the worker completely ignored me while on her phone. I had to find the menu myself which wasn’t an issue for me at first. As I was reading it, she rushed over and snapped, "WHAT DO YOU WANT??" asked for chicken fried rice with wings, but she screamed, "WHAT KIND OF RICE?? WE HAVE BEEF FRIED RICE, CHICKEN FRIED RICE (and continued to yell out the types of rice they offer) -WHAT DO YOU WANT??" while BANGING on the counter. Keep in mind that I told her I wanted CHICKEN fried rice. I was so disturbed by her hostility that I walked out without ordering.

The way she spoke to me was degrading, and I couldn't help but wonder if her behavior was racially motivated. Would she have treated a white customer the same way-yelling and slamming her hand on the counter? It's sad to see businesses that rely heavily on Black customers treat people of color with such blatant disrespect.

Do not buy from this place. They don’t deserve your hard earned money.

Update: After I left my review, I started reading others and noticed a disturbing pattern-multiple people have called out this place for being racist toward Black customers. It's not just one or two complaints; it's a recurring issue. The owner or staff keep responding to these reviews denying any racism, but when so many people are sharing the same experience, it speaks volumes. This behavior is...

Where do I begin? If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The prices are inconsistent. My coworker ordered the same thing on the same day and he was charged more money one time. They have $15 minimum in order to use a card payment. The women running the restaurant is extremely rude, disrespectful, and racist. She’s rude to black customers.Today I went there to order and I was dreading it because it’s always an unpleasant experience. I should’ve known better, the only reason I went is because The New Great Wall is closed on Mondays. Which is another Chinese take out which is walking distance from them. They provide better customer service and the food is better. I was ordering some food and I didn’t understand the question the owner asked me and I had her repeat herself. She got so frustrated, she slammed her fist on the makeshift counter they made due to Covid. I was shocked at how comfortable she was displaying her anger towards me. I cancelled my order and I knew I would never return, it was the last straw. On top of everything the food is trash from past experience. They don’t deserve to be in business with the quality of customer service and food they provide. They definitely lost me as customer. They need to understand there’s too much competition for them with their lack luster food and disrespectful personnel, good luck and...
