This south Pasadena location has the worst employees. They are rude, sloppy, and unprofessional. On two occasions I ordered sandwiches online and provided specific sandwich options. Both times they gave me the sandwich they wanted to give me rather than paying attention to the options I selected, which are in place on the site so customers can have a customized experience. Both times when I called about my order, I was given attitude and a lack of accountability. And they did not have the sandwiches prepared when promised so we. Had to wait. This most recent order I asked for the meet to be grilled (which is an option). Despite acknowledging that he messed up the order he got an attitude and told me he prepared the sandwich as it was designed because it’s a cold sandwich and that the order wasn’t messed up. So what is the point in offering the customer the option to customize if you’re not going to do it and then deny you messed up? He proceeded to then lie and say he was the manager when I asked to speak to one and said he wouldn’t help me because he didn’t like my attitude. Well my attitude was jacked up because of how poorly he spoke to me and the lack of accountability. Like i said, the other time when my order was messed up I was met with the same level of denial. And it is really only the employees at this trash location. I’ve spoken with the people at the Pasadena location and they are courteous and professional. I would love to share my thoughts with the owner or a real manager as this terrible employee...

Their organization in maintaining the flow is terrible, what I mean is that all Jersey Mike's location knows that 100% the counter were you do the sandwiches need to be clean at all time not matter how busy it gets it needs to be presentable for each customer and I don't mean so you can waste your time talking so much to each customer... When you are bring the line down that's the priority while maintaining a clean and presentable location for each customer Period!!!! And another the person doing the cashier should not even be touching the sandwiches....HELLO HE IS ON THE REGISTER MONEY EVOLVE DIRTY HANDS. THAT'S WHAT I EXPERIENCE TODAY.... She was still writing so I messaged my wife if she wanted Jersey Mikes..she said of course...so I'm in the app, but I guess because they close at 9pm..my order would have to be for the next day...so I walked in to place my order. Took some time before they actually helped me (but they did acknowledge me). When I place my order they said they only have wheat and I think he said rosemary bread? I chose the rosemary bread. A giant veggie for me and a regular turkey for my wife. By the time my sandwiches were done it was 8:45 pm. Eventually went into 31 flavors and then got home. Sandwiches were good. So to all those that want that last minute sandwich..be prepared to have it a different way..but remember those ingredients that you have them put in it are all good...its just the bread choice (and brownies) that they maybe...
