McDonald's — Restaurant in South Plainfield

This a review specific to the manager at this terrible establishment. If I could give negative stars.....

Inconvenienced, I had to drive here after my sister returned with the food. The order was missing items, and they completely got me and my sisters order wrong. When I entered I wasn’t acknowledged. I waited a few before saying “excuse me” to which the worker ignored me then took out her phone and began texting. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I thought it was so hilarious because the order & food was so jacked up, and low and behold. I began to record her, when another coworker noticed and walked over staring at me. No, how can I help. At this point I just wanted my refund because the level of incompetence, WOW. The other lady walked over to the texting lady to help. She Happens to be the manager. WOWWWW.

can you believe this fool said, ”this order was 40 minutes ago”... when I asked for a refund. AND? obviously there was a wait, the time to drive home AND back, because you failed as a manager and just as a decent human being. Not to mention the time I had to sit there and watch you texting. I just can’t believe...

How can I start I heard the manager screaming at the employee drive through window payment area it was unbeliavable embarrassing for the employees then I get to the pick up window really nice young girl here goes the manager screaming at the employee again how can This lady be a Manager there is obviously no sensitivity training much needed to lead employees no need for being a nasty to her young employee she should be Thankful they working.especially for a rude unprofessional manager and to make it worse she is Hispanic she thought no one was hearing her nasty mouth towards her employers especially on window 1 that poor guy was so stress you can see in his face then window two the girl looked so nervous No one should work under those circumstances with a Boss that has no respect for her employers and does not care if her customers are listening very nasty this happen at 924 PM Monday wow what a memorial day she needs to be Thankful her employees even showed up to work Miserable lady I will never eat at this McDonalds that allows managment to treat their employees especially the ones that ...

It is 12/23/2022 at 7:39 in the morning. I just left the drive thru and it was terrible. I ordered a breakfast combo with a sweet tea. When I got to the window they handed me the bag with food and I waited. While waiting I watched an employee with no gloves wipe her face with her hand then grab 2 cups with her fingers holding inside the cup. Another employee asked what I was waiting for and I told her that I did not want those cups and why. She did not speak English very well and didn't seem to understand. The disgusting finger in cup person then tried to hand me a cup of sweet tea that she had her fingers in amd now it had a hair on it. I said I did not want that cup and again she was another employee who did not speak English. A different employee came over and asked what the problem was and I explained she proceeded to hand me the other cup the woman had her fingers in. I just took it and dumped it out as I was leaving. This was absolutely disgusting. My first and last time at this McDonald's. I am calling corporate and the health department....
