I went there for the first time on Thursday, and me and my friend both got two different sandwiches she ordered the massive one it came with cheesesteak, French fries, mozzarella sticks, and she asked for them to put extra mayo ketchup, salt and pepper, and lettuce, she also asked for extra cheese. I ordered a cheesesteak, added French fries to it, and I asked for lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, ketchup, salt, pepper, oregano. We sat down and were super excited for our sandwiches because this place had good reviews and it was our first time and who doesn’t like subs? So the employee brings over the sandwiches I realized that mine had nothing on it. I told him that it had no lettuce, tomato, oni— and he immediately grabs the food out of my hand and rolls his eyes and says yeah, yeah I got it. So I was like ok whatever. So he brings my sandwich back, and again it was missing stuff he only brought it out with just lettuce and tomato. There’s no onion, salt and pepper, ketchup or mayo. I was going to say something but he immediately turns around and walks away and grabs the ketchup bottle and literally walks back and slams it on the table. Again I was about to say something about missing the stuff and he again turns around and walks away. I was so hungry at this point that I didn’t care so I started eating it. I paid $1.50 extra for French fries to be added into the sandwich, and there was 2 French fries I thought it was ridiculous same thing with my friend she had no mayo, she had only one mozzarella stick and 3/4 French fries in her sandwich. She was so upset because the sandwich had no flavor and another thing that I realized was that on the board it says the sandwich costs $6.59 just starting. Then if you want to add bacon and French fries it’s extra. But when I ordered mine he rung it up to, $7.99 (just starting I didn’t add the French fries or bacon yet) for an 8 inch sub they were extremely tiny. I don’t know how their cold subs are but for a hot sub it was disgusting. The employee was extremely rude, if you are going to waste your money don’t waste it here. I hate to be the person who writes bad reviews but i like to be...

Responded with very understanding dialogue looking to make it right, and no beratement toward client or staff - only how to make it right. I will continue to patronize establishment with the expectation that promise to improve quality of products and services will receive focus.
We've been here twice, and both times not impressed with the quality of sandwiches received, especially for the price. I'm used to good old fashioned delis that give you layers of filling on your sandwich. Here, an all cheese sandwich (for us veg-heads) gets you three layers of cheese, one slice each across the sandwich of your choice of cheese, so that when you see the sandwich cut in half, it's literally just three slices on top of each other, and then your fixings. Even a chain like Jersey Mike's is more generous with what they put on your sub. Beyond that, it irks me that in this day and age, no matter where you shop you're being helped by personnel who are too busy chatting with each other or on their phones and not acknowledging you during a transaction. Service counts.
It's not a terrible place, I've certainly been to worse, but I'm...
Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable and careless handling of food for vegetarians.
I placed an order for a veggie all-cheese sub and was shocked to find ham pieces inside — a complete violation of what I specifically ordered as a vegetarian. When I called the store, they casually mentioned that their slicer was down, so they used a slicer that had just been used for ham.
This is beyond negligence. If your equipment is down and you can’t guarantee cross-contamination won’t occur, you should NOT be accepting vegetarian orders. This isn’t just about preferences — for many, including myself, it’s a matter of lifestyle, belief, and in some cases, health.
The manager offered to remake the sub — but only if I came back to pick it up. How does that even make sense if your slicer is still down? Are you going to contaminate the food again?
This shows a complete lack of seriousness and awareness in food handling. Vegetarian and allergy-sensitive orders should be treated with strict protocols — not as an afterthought. You’re dealing with people’s choices and, potentially, their health.
This experience was offensive, careless, and highly...
