Panda House — Restaurant in South Plainfield

I don't know whete this place gets their reviews but something doesn't gel. I ordered fried wonton and they wete reasonably priced and good. That's where it ends. My other orders were steamed chicken and broccoli and Kung Pao chicken. The steamed chicken was $15. That's okay but the portion was 75% broccoli. If the dish was 8 or 9 dollars it would have been reasonable. But this was a total ripoff. Next the Kung Pao suffered from the same issue of lack of chicken. The dish was mostly vegetables. Worse than that it was tasteless. The dish it supposed to be spicy it was so bland I fed it to my dog. He disagrees with me and thought it was good. I can say I was happy that I ordered the small portion and didn't go big for $15 Best I can say is AVOID is place and for those who wrote 5 star reviews get out of the house and try other places. My husband & I once again ordered our Favorite food from Panda House! It’s truly the Best Chinese Food ever! Their portions are huge! No skimping on the Shrimp either! Easy to order online and very friendly service. I really wanted to like the food but sadly it was not very good. The roasted pork used in the lo- mein and the flavor was nice but the noodles themselves were very overcooked. Sweet and sour chicken was decent and white rice was good.
