I have visited the store for the entirety of it's existence but they lost a customer today. I've overlooked many longer than expected wait times for mobile orders because I know many places are short-handed. However I went in today during a slower time for coffee drinkers. 1:00 in the afternoon. I went to order at the counter and there were two ladies in front of me being served first. Well I was standing there there were many employees not doing any work related activities that I could see. It took about 7 or 8 minutes for the ladies to be served and then it was my turn however the girl working went to join in some joking and laughing with other coworkers instead of taking my order, so I left. That's it for me. I will be going to other stores for coffee...

Yes, you can overhear conversations about rude customers while sitting at the window which makes me chuckle…You know you’re thinking what they’re saying. The staff work their butts off running back and forth. I’ve had a few issues with missing ingredients from drinks and it’s been a big inconvenience to turn around and wait my turn to complain but they fix it. The inside is not always the cleanest but I’m sure there isn’t a spare employee to fix that...

After waiting in their drive thru for 20 mins and finally pulling up to place my order I was refused service because they had closed at 3:00 and it was 3:01. How was I to know that they were closing at 3:00 in the afternoon? They need to figure out away to stop customers from pulling in their drive thru at a certain time. I am appalled by the lack of basic courtesy to a customer. I will not support this business...
