Finally made it to check out this place. Nice and clean badminton facility. Will definitely be back again.

We came by for the $10/pax for drop in. It's unlimited play, so you can play for as long as you want.

Drop-in allows you to play in a court for 30mins, once your time is up, you rotate out and head over to the electronic system to book your slot again. If no one booked your court, you could stay for as long as your body allows you.

We came by on a Saturday at 4pm, every court was full but it was fairly easy for us to get one and get started with the game. Almost no wait at all for a court.

They have a bathroom that came with a shower so you could shower if you want to. There are some lockers available too, but we didnt use them.

Convenient and free parking available just right outside the facility. So you can hop out of your car in shorts and dash right into the toasty environment.

I bought one of their ten-times pass membership cards. I still played there until they closed during the pandemic. When they asked me to purchase this card they said this card would never expire unless they went out of business.

Now, a guy at the front desk told me that my card has expired because I haven't used it for a while and if I want to play, I need to pay again to get in, even though my card still had half of the times unused.

It’s 10 times pass, it’s not a monthly or yearly pass, how they get expired? If you guys told me that, I am not going to buy it. I am guarantee!

That wasn't my fault, it's your business being closed due to the pandemic. I think that's why their business goes down when there are other arenas around them. I will never go back here again if they think they can deceive customers like this.

I am new to the city and went for a drop in (and potentially evaluate if I should take membership). The courts looked great and it was quite busy. But as soon as I asked for drop in, the lady at the counter said they are closed. It was 7.30pm and they close by 9.30pm (1/31). I asked why and she was very rude in saying that she cant let me in and it is closed. I asked how does it work here and if I can take a look at the courts, she just said NO and I cannot step in. I will never be going back to that racist place ever!! If there were too many people in the court, she could have said it in a proper way but that is too much to expect from this place. My...
