McDonald's — Restaurant in South Sioux City

Unsatisfied experience with this particular building and South Sioux City. The drive-through takes so freaking long. I’m not even sure what the fast food workers are even doing inside the building. All I know is there is a lot of messing around and there is a whole bunch of people behind me waiting to receive their food and you have a lot of people screwing around. I have to give this building a one out of five stars. I am sorry to say this now, the morning crew isn’t too bad. OK I can tolerate that, the morning crew does the best but when you have people at night, it seems like they screw around way too often rather than prepping up food it’s really annoying I don’t know what’s happening but all I know is that I sat around for 15 to 30 minutes to receive my food and I didn’t make a large order. I don’t know if they hold off this order and they make the rest of everyone else’s that’s through the drive-through to get everyone ready to go, but it was a terrible experience. It always has been. Got order all mixed up. I wanted a double cheese burger meal. The young man said it did'nt come in a meal but could make it one. I replied, okay. When my order # 242 was called, it was with out fries. I said, that I askedmmmķ for fries. I said I wanted medium fries so how could I not order fries. I said I would pay for them. He said, "you have to pay for them." I told him, yes, I will pay for them. He repeated the same statement. I replied, again. Yes, I know. I intend to pay for them. After he spoke to someone behind the counter, he said, you don't have to pay for them as he placed the fries on the counter. There were no straws in sight any where and no napkins as well. This place has the worst customer service. After I ordered food I had spilled a drink and set my wallet and cell phone down on the counter to clean it up. I walked out for a couple minutes realizing I forgot my wallet and cell phone. When I go back in someone had stole my things. It turns out this place has no cameras. After calling the police and a investigation it turns our the guy who took my order stole my wallet and cell phone. This employee who stole my things while on the job is still employeed there and to top it off I have called in to the district manager and corporate complaints for over a month and a half but Noone seems to care.
