Taco John's — Restaurant in South Sioux City

Rude service... went thru drive thru 7/26 8:13 pm..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!. 1st girl talked thru the speaker system so fast couldn't make out anything she said and IM IN SALES...that's bad..I let her know cannot make out what she was saying she apologized and 2 min later another young lady blurted something fast at me and literally THREW MY FOOD IN THE CAR AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW. I called and spoke to Madison and asked when the owner would be in to let them know of my experience...didnt even ask if anything was wrong just said she couldn't give information..I said I had bad experience..she never asked just said ' I cant tell you about owner just he only come in Sunday and leaves he never works or stays.. I asked for the people in drive thru names ..she refused that as well. WORST...ABSOLUTELY WORST...

My most recent visit started out as a bummer, but ended wonderfully. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 is because of how my visit started. I ordered a chicken grilled stuffed taco with 2 potato oles with 2 cheese and 1 sour cream and a Mountain Dew and a boss bowl. The chicken grilled stuffed taco was made into a ground beef grilled stuffed taco, but that wasn’t a huge deal to me, but there was no sour cream and that was for my wife so she was bummed because she loves sour cream with her oles. And my Mountain Dew was flavorless (no syrup). So I went back. Asked for a sour cream and got two, got a chicken grilled taco even though I told them that I didn’t need that remade, I got a new Mountain Dew and I got some churro bites that were...

Did an online order. When I got there the worker came on and said I can't take your order for 2 minutes. Said ok. When she came back on I said I had an online order. She said to pull forward it would be 10-15 minutes! I said really?!! Can I cancel it then? Will the money go back on my card? She couldn't answer these questions so I said whatever I'll pull ahead. She said she just got there for her shift and everything had to be made fresh, which it should be that way anyways. I waited less than 5 minutes. My potato oles were not fresh, at all. Yuck! And my soft shell taco had barely any meat on it. The shell was hard! I probably pissed them off and they served me their food from the garbage! Last time I ever go to that taco johns. Rude! Disappointed...
