I went in the store to pick up half of a customer's delivery order. The staff turned their back on me soon as I entered and was sweeping the floor. " I had to ask staff is this how you greet customers" I did a cost-benefit analysis in my head and wrote off the $8.75 that this delivery paid.

After I've already canceled the manager comes running out with the order and I explained to him I don't have time to wait on front end staff to dilly-dally around when they're not really doing anything and there's no other customers in there! He knew full well what she was doing. But he had a smirk on his face anyway. Going forward I will not accept any orders from this store. I was very polite, direct & to the point.

I had a horrible experience, I went with my friend and it was divert when we went in. Then I ordered my cookies, paid part with gift card and tried to pay the balance with my debit card since they won’t take friggin cash. The kiosk wouldn’t let me finish my transaction so I had to go and wait and Al’s for someone to come help me. The lady tells me to hold on and then she come out a few inured later to help and she was no help. I ended up having to add to their tip to be able for finish my transaction. Then I ordered my cookies with a note. The note wasn’t on them when they gave me my cookies. My friend ordered before me and her cookies hadn’t came out still so we had to go to the counter to get them because they never called her up for them and they took her name down from the screen after she ordered. I don't understand what the craze is with undercooked cookies. My wife has had me try multiple different cookies from this place and though the flavors are really good, the texture of the cookie itself is horrible. Near the edges and the outside of the cookies are always fine but inside is a undercooked gummy dense mess and it doesn't even taste cooked all the way. I don't know if they're just cranking up the oven temperature to try to meet demand or if whatever their oven says it's set to is not the correct temperature but I cannot recommend getting cookies from them unless you enjoy undercooked...
