Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Washington — Local services in South Strabane Township

I loved the staff here, they had been great for the time that I had used this dispensary. In person I have never had a problem with anyone and though I had a few minor issues with the online ordering system I went on to refer this dispensary to friends and family even over Ethos whom are know for their discounts. I was coming here weekly and things were going just fine until I made an online order a few days ago. I picked up an online order and didn't realize that one of the items didn't have the THC level I saw listed on the online website when the order was made so I attempted to take it back minutes after purchasing. When I called the store to let someone know I was coming I spoke to Chrissy first whom told me that they weren't refunding me and was awful rude about it as well. She put me on the phone with her store manager Chris who had a real tough guy cocky attitude towards me and told me that it was basically my problem and that even though it says refund in packaging with label on the receipt he wouldn't allow me to return and exchange the product. When I told him this would push me away from Sunnyside he began listing other dispensaries in a very condescending manor. When I called today I requested to speak with someone other than Chris but Chris told me that he was the head manager and that he was just going to tell the next guy to not refund me. Then John got on and he explained the situation which even though It wasn't resolved he was professional and courteous, until I went to get off the phone and heard them laughing to each other. Now I'm discouraged from ever going back and it is very apparent that not only do the higher ups not care but not all of the staff here have your best interest in mind. I complained online but was ignored. Don't buy from a dispensary that doesn't appreciate you as a customer or respect you...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sunnyside for some product only they had in the immediate area , and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.

First and foremost, the store's layout and organization were impeccable. Everything was easy to maneuver , and the store was clean and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere.The staff at Sunnyside were exceptional. They were friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful.

The product selection was fantastic. Sunnyside had a wide range of items to choose from, and was impressive, also the reason for my visit as they were the only dispensary that had the strain that works wonders for me. I also appreciated the reasonable prices and occasional discounts available.

Lastly, the checkout process was quick and hassle-free. The staff worked efficiently to ensure a smooth experience, and I was on my way in no time.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping trip. If you're looking for an excellent shopping experience, I highly recommend giving them a visit. Sunnyside exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be returning for more shopping...

On the whole, I had a really good experience here. The store is clean, bright, and welcoming. I am relatively new to medical cannabis, and Kevin spent a lot of time with me to explore my needs before making recommendations. He talked about multiple delivery methods and strains before landing on a couple that I have been very happy with.

Here is the part I am very unhappy with. When I checked out, I used my debit card to pay for my order, which was $221. The cashier then told me their system can only run cards by rounding up to the nearest $10, so she charged $230 and gave me $9 back in cash. Weird, but okay.

When I got home, I discovered that I had been charged a total of $236, including two separate $3 ATM charges. So what it looks like is customers who want to use debit cards are going to be charged additional fees, at least some of which go to Sunnyside as an ATM owner/operator. No one mentioned or explained this, which seems like a questionable practice at best.
