Panera Bread — Restaurant in South Strabane Township

I had the Sip Club at Panera and was really disappointed with the experience. Every time I placed an order ahead, my drinks were never ready when I arrived. Not even a cup set out if it was a fountain drink. I always had to stand around for 5–10 minutes before anyone asked my name, and only then would they start making the drink or finally hand me a cup.

I originally signed up for the Sip Club to use while working (spark driving, DoorDashing, etc.) so I could quickly grab a drink on the go. Instead, the constant waiting actually affected my job since I’d be stuck way past the time the app said my order was “ready.” Unfortunately, this wasn’t just once or twice—it happened every single visit.

This doesn't even deserve any stars. I decided to try out this Panera Bread for my first time trying it. I have never even been in one. So, being my first time eating here, I was excited... The price is disgusting to begin with. I got a half sandwich with a 1/4 cup of macaroni. Yes.... It was pathetic. I asked for a glass of water also, to which they gave me 1/2 cup. I know that some people give small cups when asked for free water, but come on. While, the whole time I was ordering, the MANAGER began to tap her fingers impatiently while staring angrily at me. Stopped in to grab a salad for dinner. I was very happy with the individual taking my order. I was able to tell her that I could have no dairy, wanted no meat on my salad ans ask her what options I had for a side. She was very kind and did not try to rush me or make me feel that I was bothering her in asking for a special order. The food took a little longer than it typically takes at a Panera Bread, however, since my order was to go and was special order, I was not too worried about it as long as everything was correct on the order.
