Verizon Store Trinity Point Washington, PA
Paid off three phones days ago…we receive a call that our new iPhone 14 phones are in. When my son walked in to get his phone, his told that all three of us needed to be in store at the same time to get our phones. I left my meeting early and my husband and son stayed in Washington waiting to get our phones…I walked in and the lack luster sales associate who didn’t want to be bothered made the comment that it would be an hour and a half before he could help us. I said I’d wait. He took care of a customer with a watch…then a lady and her son who had waited a long time as well. At 8:30 he said he would not be able to help us because he would be working with the lady and her son until 9:00. We simply wanted to pick up our phones. The sales associate was so poor at his job that he kept saying oh here’s your receipt when he forgot to give it to the customer. He worked at a snails pace…I noticed that he stayed at the store well beyond 9:00 as I had other errands to take care of I noticed that the lady was still there. He never attempted to assist us and told us to come back tomorrow. I work 3 jobs…and our schedules do not allow for us to simply meet up to pick up our phones. I’ve been with Verizon for years and I must say that the rude manner of which we have been treated is ridiculous. I am hopeful that something can be done in regard to this situation. Read moreon Tuesday June 30th about 4:30 pm my sister and I went here because I needed a new phone and my sister wanted help looking at new plans to save money. A woman who was the only one there at the moment asked if I needed help. So we told her why we came. I guess maybe she really didn't want us there. Maybe it was meal time or whatever who knows but I will never go back to this location. When I asked her if there was any specials and she said no. When my sister asked her about her bill she there was nothing she could do to save her money. My sister also asked if there was a trade in value on my phone and she said no. I was mad and starting to look at Sprint deals and AT &T deals. The next day we tried calling any other Verizon stores to see if they could help being as our usual store is shut due to civil we found one in McMurray and called. We were pleasantly surprised when the person who answered the phone was so helpful and made us an appointment that day. Not only were there specials but she also saved my sister about $20 a month on her bill AND got me a $25 trade in for my phone when the other girl at Washington said it was worth nothing. Read moreBen and Jared are excellent. The problem was I had to order phone. When I went in to have it set up ERIC was the rep. He acted like I was bothersome, told me it would cost 35.00 for transferring info then told my husband and to leave for 2 hrs and it would be ready. When we came back the phone was in the box he handed to me and said all is done and turned his face away to talk to another customer. We left. When I returned home and had to go to a meeting. If I was half a block from house I had no internet services, had to go home. Could not google the problem to fix because the only thing that worked was able to make phone calls. No texting ability. After 4 days when I returned home went back to store and spent 3 hours with Verizon support , Ben and Jared worked hard to fix problem. But no resolution because they needed customer support. That 3 hr debacle ended with 1 person fighting with the other person at Verizon. My complaint is about ERIC. He only cares about numbers and did not care about actually giving good service to people he is working with AND STOLE 35.00 off me because I found out the transfer fee is included in the phone.
