So this particular experience was not enjoyable or inviting at all. To start with, the bathrooms were absolutely gross. The toilets were obviously not cleaned at all for who knows how long. The floor in the men's restroom was wet with urine all in front of the toilet, the soap dispenser did not work at all (this will be vital later). Nothing was wiped down or mopped, most likely not sanitized. My wife said the women's restroom was just as bad as the men's. On to the service... when our order was ready to be gotten from the front counter, we barely heard the employee call our name out and I had to ask if they had called us. Upon getting our food, I asked for our cups for our drinks and the gentleman that was running the front counter checked the order screen and STILL gave the wrong number of cups, I had to correct him. So after I sat down to have lunch with my wife, there was a male employee that came out of the bathroom and went straight back to work.... remember earlier I said it was vital to remember the info about the soap dispenser? The employee did NOT wash his hands before returning to work. Where we were sitting I could see behind the counter in the kitchen and the employee that came out of the restroom was now preparing food with gloves on and proceeded to remove his hat, fix his hair, replace hat and still keep working with the same gloves, he never put new gloves on. Near our end of lunch time, another employee showed up to work his shift with a full grown beard and very long hair on his head. I wouldn't have an issue with that at all if there was proper precautions taken to prevent loose hair from falling in customer food but, he was not wearing a facial hair net and his hair on his head was not properly tucked in his hat. Shame on somebody at this particular store. I ordered 3 Crunchy Taco Supreme (which my pal ate with No Comment) and 1 Nachos Bell Grande for me. Nothing added except 4 Sauce Packets. On the positive, The correct order was delivered. The delivery driver was personable, didn't do any 'fancy' maneuvers in my yard and apologized for taking so long to deliver. She waited at the restaurant for an inordinate amount of time before being able to get it to me. Now. The food. The Nachos Bell Grande. 1-The Nachos in the Bell Grande were Stale. 2- The food was barely tepid. This is NOT driver's fault. Food was delivered in the zippered soft side temp maintaining bag. Therefore the food was not fresh/hot when placed in bag. 3- I LITERALLY could not eat even half of it due to the bad taste. Fishy. and Not good. Amazingly unlike the Nachos Bell Grande I have eaten in the past 2 weeks. From the Same Restaurant, having had it delivered to me. I didn't want to write a bad review and have this store suffer. Two people came across the loud speaker one says to wait a few moments and the other says go ahead with my order which I do and no one says anything so I wait then they ask if I need help with the menu and I then tell them again that I order ahead and then nothing. So the third time they finally hear me and I was being super polite cause I worked for fast food I wasn’t trying to give anyone a hard time. I look at my sister and say I felt bad cause I don’t think they can hear me and the guy came across and said everyone can hear you. He was being super smart about it. So when I went the window wondering if I should just get a refund and go home. And I ask the lady at the window who took the order cause I didn’t appreciate the way he was talking to me when in fact they didn’t hear me cause I had to repeat myself 3 times. And she said sorry he was talking to me and I’m like no he wasn’t but I let it go.
