Curbside order was placed and it said it would be done in 10 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and we pull in. Both curbside pick spots are full. One by a customer picking up their to-go and another by a big black pick-up who must've been eating on the inside yet taking up the curbside slot. We parked in the 3rd spot over because the rest were handicapped. There was an employee dropping off food to the 1st vehicle as we pulled in and selected "I'm here". We waited 15 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were still preparing our order. After the wait my S/O went into get the food. The cashier was smart and said because we were not in the 2 spots they had available for curbside that we could not be seen. I went in after he told me this. I asked what the procedure was for pick-up, did she expect me to re-park and put my vehicle in danger for their convenience? I could see my vehicle clearly as the cashier was telling me this from the inside. All she had to do was lean forward and look. Or even leave the counter all together and take a glance in the parking lot like their job requires. She had our car description and everything. All she gave was excuses. We get our order and there is no bacon on the Flatbread and it looks like a child put it together. There were no croutons in the tomato soup. There was no cheese in the French onion soup. They forgot the cookie we had ordered. And the steak and cheese sandwich they gave was smashed beyond belief. Spent $46 and honestly it was not worth it at all. Customer service wasn't even in the vocabulary of the cashier and the manager we talked to said we would be called the next day to have the GM talk to us. This location needs re-evaluated by a district manager and there needs to be coachings with their staff on accountability and...
Read moreThe breakfast food at this location is horrible. The sausage on my sandwich is dry as a bone, there's not even half an egg on it, the cheese is tiny with half of it hanging out the side and the bread seems like it's soaked in oil or grease and it's hard as a brick. Last time I got oatmeal here it was dry and clumpy. In all honesty I believe it was kept from the day before as one of the guys in my group who got the oatmeal as well had an upset stomach and nausea the rest of the day after eating it. I took one bite of mine and threw it away. This is a place we have gotten food from for a while at work and it had steadily gone down hill badly in quality over the last several months. I do NOT recommend choosing this place for breakfast food. It's the worst! I've noticed there are some questionable people working there now. Here's a hint to management. You may want to revamp your staff because the quality of the service and food is seriously terrible. It used to be a great place to eat. Now.... it's not worth the high prices.... or even low prices for that matter. I would choose gas station Sushi...
Read moreI ordered on the kiosks at the front, then waited for 20 minutes for my food to be made. Watched multiple people who ordered AFTER me receive their meals before mine. For reference, I ordered a pick two half sandwich and soup and a bottle of water. Once I finally got my food, I asked the man who called out my order for my bottle of water. He told me I had to go back by the register and get it from the cooler. I go to the register, it's empty. So I stand there and wait for the girl at the register to finish with her current customer (now standing there with my food in my hand). I told her that I needed a bottle of water and I was sent here, but the cooler was empty. She glared at me, then gave me a bottle of room temperature water (that cost $2.49 btw). Whatever. I finally start eating and I shit you not, this half sandwich has MAYBE 3 ounces of chicken on it and no sauce. The soup was fine. My two napkins were placed underneath my bowl, but were soaking wet. So $15 for total trash food and total trash service. I'm reminded why I don't...
