I ordered online at approximately 330 for delivery to my workplace not far away. That part was OK. It confirmed my order and estimated delivery to be between 355 and 403. I waited to 10 after 4 because when I looked the tracker still showed preparing your food. I called and was told they are waiting on door dash to pickup the order. They said our driver dosent get here till 5pm. I was not impressed as they seamed to want to place the blame on doordash. I didn't order thru doordash I ordered on your website. FYI you are responsible... I decided to wait for the order as it would have taken just as long to cancel and order from somewhere else. Almost 440 the pizza arrived with their driver not a door dash driver and it was obvious they gave me the pizza that had been sitting their over an hour waiting for a delivery driver to deliver it. I dont normally work the location in Uniontown so im not familiar with other locations for food. But I do know I will never eat at this Pizza...
Read morePlaced my order at 5:46 on the website, was given a time to pick up in 45 minutes, we waited and watched the order tracker, and in the 45 minutes, it updated to “your order is ready.” Went in to no one at any of the tables, but about 15 people by the counter, and everyone seemed aggravated. The lady at the counter canceled her order and walked out. When I finally got to the counter, was told our order hadn’t even been started yet. Was told that there were 20 or so orders backed up and that they could still make my order but couldn’t give me any time when it might be ready. I canceled my order too. I couldn’t tell if the guy at the counter was just overwhelmed or had just given up by that point. Not sure who the manager is, but this definitely isn’t the way to run a restaurant. Then saw employee dropping off pizza to another curb side customer. I honked my horn till I got his attention. In the meanwhile I had called the store a 6th time. I explained my situation with the employee. He stated he would get right on it. In the meanwhile my 6th call got answered. I asked to speak to manager. Explained situation. He apologized indicating they were short staffed. I stated that was not enough and I would not be back unless he made it right. He asked what he could do. I told him a free pizza was in order.
