For an update.. The owners did reach out to me. It was the employee I spoke to the first time that was stealing. But Stephanie (the owner) went out of her way to go threw tons of receipts and make it right by everyone! Even calling to let customers know what happened.. even though they never caught it themselves. So it wasn't the restaurant. It was someone who took advantage of everyone in the situation. Including the owner!!. So in the end, I've been going there for almost 20 yrs. They have good food and I have never had an issue til this time. So I'm sure we'll still swing by.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I made an order on Saturday for 40$. Monday morning, I got a msg from the bank that they charged over 50$ for my order. WRITING IN A OVER 10$ TIP FOR THEMSELVES ON MY SIGNED RECEIPT!!!! THAT IS THEIFT!!!! What's worse? My teenage daughters put 10$ cash in the tip jar when we picked up our order! I give my daughters a choice of takeout once a wk. I put $ on their card and let them choose (plus this card is what they get paid on for chores, etc). Now they have overdraft fees on that card bc an employee of Vinny's decided to steal off of them!! So I called Vinny's and was told they would refund it to the card. The bank said nothing came from them. I called back, and the employee said, "Come down, I'll refund in person." So I waste more of my time for her to only want to give me 10$. I told her no, I actually want a refund. THAT IS THEIFT!!!!! YOU DONT DO THAT TO PEOPLE!!!! I never even got an apology AT ANY POINT!!! When I spoke to the employee, they weren't even shocked! So obviously, they have done this before!!! ..... * She did! Also, she no longer works there!...

She explained the situation and I appreciate her contacting me about it. Stephanie offered me and my husband a gift certificate and a free pizza. Thank you Stephanie for your professionalism in this matter.
If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered one large pizza for delivery. She said our address and everything over the phone. We waited about and hour and called back & they said it was marked as âpick up.â We understand that there can be mistakes, but we decided to cancel the order. Half an hour later they showed up at our house and gave us âsomething extra.â The something extra was a half eaten large pepperoni pizza. Very professional! Last time we will order...
