Auntie Anne’s — Restaurant in South Whitehall Township

I was genuinely excited when I heard that this location was opening up because it is so close to my home. However, the several times that I have visited this location I have been disappointed every single time.I tried to give them chance over a chance to see if it was just a fluke due to their new opening. Sadly, for the final time am proven wrong. The pretzels are not made fresh. I have gone to this location in the morning, the afternoon and in the evening and the same problem occurs.. I’ve order everything from plain pretzels, pretezel dogs, almond pretzels, cinnamon pretzel bites… all the pretzels are hard and stale. The Jamba Juice is also a part of the store now which should be a highlight, and it’s very exciting as I’ve visited the old Jamba Juice at that location several times before in the past, ordering smoothies now does not give the same quality it used to there. The drinks are not made well and they just do not taste as they should. They are watered down probably due to ice being added…flavorless. it almost taste, like the wrong ingredients were put in the smoothie. I am very disappointed with this location now it’s just sad because the building is beautiful , it has a great atmosphere. I just don’t think the staff know what they’re doing and are probably a bit unqualified as well. Stopped in for a juice to this newly remodeled Auntie Anne's and Jamba Juice location. Nice layout with Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne's on one end and Moe's Mexican Grill on the other which makes it easy and convenient eliminating walking outside . Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne's was clean and organized with a kind and helpful staff. Tried their Orange Julius which was made fresh and good. Did not try a pretzel since we had already eaten prior to stopping in, but I am a fan of auntie Anne's and love them. They have a nice menu selection to choose from and something for everyone There is seating outside during nice weather and a nice large parking lot on the side of the building with easy access. Good location and near AMC theaters making it a fun treat before or after a movie. You can enter Moe's and walk through to get to Jamba and Auntie Anne's or on the Jamba juice side. Nice building (#1 Volume Auntie Anne’s in the country) . This place is great Every time I go in whether it be on break , or when I get out of work which mind you is 3 hours before they close . They never have any product , aside from the cups in the case . When I mention this and request if they can do their job by ordering minidogs or the sugar covered nuggets , they always just look at me and say they are out . I didn’t know auntie Anne’s particularly this one was so popular and jam packed to where all the inventory gets bought up even 3 hours before close . Not a good experience on my end, I always bite the dust .
