I did NOT have a good experience at this Jamba. The manager Karen took orders wrong and then argued with customers refusing to make the correction. When I asked for a refund on my wrong order, I was told no. I was also told I ordered a drink that comes in only one size (not while ordering but after the drink was made). When I asked for the manager's name and boss' phone number, to make a complaint, Karen told me I can call Jamba using the number on my receipt. I did not receive a receipt and when I asked for a copy I was threatened to have the police called on me in front of my children. The manager then asked for my name and I gave it to her from my military ID which she tried to take from my hand. The other staff member then said, "oh so we're just supposed to follow your orders?" Besides showing a little respect young man, YES! Isn't that the way it works?! I order something politely, pay for it graciously and you give it me... I placed a complaint through the Jamba website and expect to be contacted about this. I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service and truly hope all is well with Karen (management) because she was not friendly, unexpectedly rude and outright wrong. I cannot believe that is the normal behavior of what seems to be an otherwise well liked establishment. I also hope that not too many other customers will have to experience the same. Where do I begin. Upon walking in there are 5 people waiting and only one employee who does not move at any other pace then slow. Does not complete orders before going to the next one and having to back track. Extremely inefficient.
Almost no supplies to make the drinks Jamba juice is known for. No green vegetables except Kale and wheat grass, can't make this up. The wheat grass is not freshly made but comes in a bottle which contains other ingredients besides wheat grass.
I was automatically up-charged for a double shot when I clearly did not ask for it, but rather than wait forever to get it corrected I just kept it.
This is a horrible location Patrick is allegedly the manager. If this is any indication of his management skills, this place is going to be closing up shop pretty quickly with all the bad reviews this location has received.
The person listed as the owner below, is directing other customers who have had bad experience to the corporate site. Unfortunately there are quite a few 1 star ratings with the same " corporate contact us" link which does not help. This is a franchise store which is independent of the parent company.

Read moreMy very pregnant wife and her coworker ordered two bowls from here via grubhub. One bowl was fine and the other spilled in the bag. My wife drove from her job to the location and asked if it can be remade.
The lady working was rude and told my wife it wasn’t her fault that the bowl spilled. I think making sure the meal is packaged correctly is up to the establishment. The worker offered to take the spilled ingredients from the bag and put them in a new bowl. That’s nasty.. and a terrible offer of resolution.
Says the ingredients cost money and it couldn’t be replaced for free in a very condescending tone. Are you actually kidding me? The meal was paid for. We work for a living and our money isn’t free either. Admittedly, probably should have contacted grub hub to address. Would have been better off than being disrespected like this.
However, there’s no excuse for poor customer service and a bad attitude. Hopefully this worker learns some common decency and customer service skills.
