Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Whitehall Township

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area; I went to buy breakfast for some people who were working in my house and myself. First of all, the white lady who was there was super rude and ghetto, was treating everyone with a bad attitude like girl if you don’t like your job is not our fault 🙄 I had waited long enough so I didn't want to leave and when it was my turn she was giving me a hard time because of how I pronounce hazelnut although she understood also she told me that they didn't serve food at that time and it was 10 am 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I left with the coffees which tasted horrible nothing compared to how it has been prepared for me before in other locations, I always order the same! When I was in the car I see that woman coming out with some guys and she had left the open sign on, I saw other people tried to enter but the door was closed.

We couldn't drink the coffees so I had to go somewhere else to order something quick to eat because by that time we were starving.

Last, I took the time to write this review because I think it’s not fair for the people that spend money there to receive this type of treatment in return and there are people like these who needs to understand that even if you are having a bad time/day you should not pay it with others, the clients, are not to blame for what happens to you and you are getting pay. Just had an AMAZING experience with Nick at this location!! I really wanted a frozen black coffee with no sugar and he went out of his way to get me what I was looking for. The fantastic part of the experience is that he asked questions to find out what i might like, offered suggestions, and was also cleaning up around the shop, all while having an incredibly positive attitude!!! It is highly unusual to find a chain coffee shop where an employee makes you feel special and that they truly care. I definitely felt that way with Nick and any time we're in this area, we hope to stop in and see him working there! Thank you, Nick, for being such a great example of hard work. The staff didn't seem to know what they're talking about, when I asked for a hot chocolate extra milk, they first said we don't put milk in hot chocolate!! okay.. so I really didn't get the answer.. so I tried to act as polite as I can and repeated the question in a different way, "So what if I need milk on mine?" , he said you gonna have to pay for it. / PS not the 1st time to order that drink from dunkin btw, anyway I said "may I know how much I'll pay extra for the milk?, he checked his screens and said "actually we don't charge" , while waiting for my drink a customer came in to pick up her drink and asked for the promo desert that was published with it, the guys had no idea and she...
