I've been visiting this Dunkin' for the past two weeks during the morning rush. Although the food and coffee is food, my experience has been consistently disappointing, largely due to the manager's lack of professionalism and disregard for his duties.
Every single morning, without fail, the manager is completely disengaged from the critical task of serving customers. Despite the store being busy, he never steps up to make coffee or assist the staff. Instead, he seems perpetually occupied with other, less important activities. His negligence is palpable and deeply frustrating for regular patrons like myself.
To make matters worse, this manager and another guy blatantly disregards company policies by never wearing their visor. It's a small detail, but it speaks volumes about his lack of respect for the rules and standards that are supposed to ensure a clean and professional environment.
The most egregious incident occurred when a lady was busy refilling the creamer, leaving the counter unattended. A line of customers, myself included, was growing impatient, but the manager just stood there, completely unresponsive. He didn't even make a move to help until the poor lady had to rush back to the counter to take our orders. His inaction and indifference were beyond unprofessional.
The lack of leadership and commitment from this manager has soured my experience at this Dunkin'. It's clear that he is more interested in avoiding work than ensuring customers are served promptly and efficiently. They need significant changes...
Read moreI stopped by at this DD just because the one on Hamilton had a long wait, and I was in a rush. When I walked in, the old big size woman at the register was counting coins, after a minute or so of she ignoring me I asked her how long I had to wait to place my order that I was late for my volunteer commitment at school. She didn't apologize or anything she just said, "Wait." When I responded to her that I couldn't wait any longer, she stopped counting and took my order, but not happy about it. I got my coffee, I was waiting for my two wake-up wraps. I asked where they were, and the guy on the back came to the front and gave me one wrap. I then asked where my other one was that I ordered two. The old big size rude lady yelled at me that I ordered only one, I knew what I ordered, and it was two wraps. The guy in the back started making the second wrap, and a nice young woman came to me and apologized for the other woman being so rude. I really appreciate that, but then the old woman started yelling again, telling me from the register that I have to pay for the other wrap that she was not going to give it to me for free. I was not asking for anything free, I had enough of this rude lady, and I just woke away. I realized then that they gave me the wrong coffee. Don't go to this place even if there is the last one open. This is not the first time they act very unprofessional. It's like they are...
Read moreI RECOMMEND THIS AWESOME PARTICULAR DUNKIN DONUT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE...A+. I go to many different Dunkin Donuts and my last experience in the Nazareth establishment was a horrible experience. They very patiently listened to how my visit in Nazareth was. I had ordered a large cappuccino. It weighed nothing. 80% foam. I said there's nothing in this, I'm not paying for it. Went back and forth with the server (rude and not a very good thing to treat a customer), who told me that's the way they are. I politely said no, I go to many DD'S and this was not how they are suppose to be. She said I should have ordered a Latte instead. I said no it's not and I didn't want it. She then took it back and added water, which I didn't realize because I had already left. No coffee taste what so ever. Now back to this particular DD'S....they went out of their way to be sure I was completely satisfied. Even had me drink some before I left. Awesome!! Perfect!! They apologized for my bad experience at the other DD'S (which they really didn't have to but it was very nice of them). I RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND GREAT...
