Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Southborough

UPDATE (11/24/23): Domino's Corporate HQ needs to investigate this store as they are giving Domino's a bad name!! The items made at this store have gone from bad to worse to downright ridiculous!! The food quality is now atrocious! I ordered a Meatzza pizza, and there were barely any toppings on it, and what was there was ridiculous!! I've never seen pepperoni on a Domino's pizza so thin you could see thru it!! Whoever in managing this store needs to get their act together

UPDATE (12/18/21): After having not ordered here for a while I placed another order in the app. The pizza and the mango habañero chicken were OK. The stuffed cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeño had NO bacon NOR jalapeños!! Because I wasn't able to get back to the store I called to get a replacement delivered. That took over 1/2hr to get to me (about 1.5 miles) & the replacement had no cheese and was burnt!! Suffice it to say I had to go look for some food at another establishment because this Domino's experience was an utter disaster!! I don't know if the owner/ manager reads these reviews but the quality of food being made at this location is extremely terrible and inconsistent!!

Good food, friendly service. Unfortunately they have been know to make mistakes on orders (especially items other than pizza, like wings or cheesy bread) so check items before leaving. Very rude people!! The delivery guy Called me , to come meet him in the parking lot, usually they come up to the apartment. He then yelled at me, insisting that I needed to come downstairs, outside in parking lot to meet him. We always tip very well ! . He was yelling at me , combative, disrespectful! Each question I asked to try and help him at least meet me in lobby, he told me it was better for him if I go on the parking lot ! We would not have ordered delivery if the food wasn’t being delivered. Still shocked ,! We give this place soo much business ! Spend lots of money here ! Never again ! Most disrespectful man to aggressively yell at me, a customer, and I’m very polite and a lady ! . I was just spoke to horribly while trying to understand why this time , our delivery couldn’t be delivered ! ! Last time we ordered here they made our pizza wrong and we didn’t even complain, pizza was undercooked and Parmesan says was put on the specialty steak pizza instead of the way every other dominos makes it !!! I placed the below order for curbside pickup, here are the issues with this place, hope these are addressed sooner.

We waited for 10 min in the car for curbside pickup - NO ONE showed up - It's really bad considering it is covid time and we did not want to go inside the car, eventually we had to go inside. It's not the first time we have faced this, this is the problem with this store, no one care to bring the pizza to the car After checking with the staff - they started searching for the ordered Pizza - surprised even after 10 min no one cared to look for pizza to give it to the customer, so if we didn't go inside maybe they were not worried about the order at all Turned out the pizza was taken away for delivery to someone else - so some other customer will get something else than they have ordered - it's pathetic service They asked us to wait for making a new pizza - staff was not even apologetic - really need some...
