Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southborough

Just awful ): I’ve tried to give this dunkins a chance so many times but the service is poor and more than half the time they forget an item. They refuse to put bakery items with your order when you order online and dodge you when you try to request them. Completely ignore you at the pick up counter and when items need to be slightly modified they don’t make the modifications. Multiple times they have forgotten an item and argued about it with me even when I’ve showed them my receipt or will give me items with meat even though I’m a vegetarian. Have always had problems with the service at this Dunkin's - they never seem to get orders right and are so slow - but today I am making a comment because of hygiene. While looking at my receipt to correct my order, a server put her face inches from my face with her face mask all the way down below her mouth :( and the server making sandwiches had her mask below her nose the whole time I was in there. Almost always a pleasant experience but every once in a while we get the same woman who is rude and doesn't understand customer service.
