Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Southbridge

I called in to order pizza after my family and I returned to our hotel from a day at Six Flags at 10:30 pm (because of the deal that the hotel advertised on our room key). The guy that answered the phone had no idea about the deal, put me on hold four times to talk to a manager. The fifth time I was put on hold he actually hung up on me. I called back and when I confirmed my order with a different guy (cuz the first guy was new) the order was wrong and they told me the wrong specials. I was patient still, even after a 20 minute call and was told my order would be arriving in 35 minutes. Over an hour later and all three children asleep, the order arrived. But low and behold the guy on the phone didn't ask for my credit card info (I guess that's what they're supposed to do... I've never ordered via phone before and assumed they'd have a phone cc machine or something). The poor delivery guy offered to run my card back and return so I could sign it or said I could call it in. After waiting and hour I said no way but I'd call it in! We tipped him well and thanked him (after all it wasn't his fault). Then I woke my kids to eat. But I guess I shouldn't have eaten first cuz I got a call from Dominos in a hurry with an accusatory tone wondering about payment. I immediately gave them the card number to pay followed by more fumbling and when I was about to be put on hold again I informed them that I was going to lose my mind if put on hold again. I quickly got an 'all set' and then hung up on. So Domino's I will NEVER ORDER...

We order Often From DOMINO'S BUT THIS WAS A DISASTER!!!

HORRIBLE!!! They don't allow us not even to gave them the bad review!!! The delivery guy literally left the food outside the building when the order it supposed to be delivered to the 2nd Floor

Then when I called to complain and wanted to speak with a supervisor the person literally said just for some chicken?!?

Then they gave me the wrong phone number to complain on purpose!!! That is 508-520-1000!!! Take those clowns from there!!! Personnel need to be fired including sup or manager in this store in Southbridge MA!!!!

And YES!!! We figured out how to send a review even if you blocked us from it!!!

Old REVIEW Horrible!! They left the order on the wrong building we had to go and go and get our food ourselves AGAIN!!!!! They didn't place chicken in the chicken parmesan was only sauce and cheese!!!!! I called and they don't pick up the phone so I need to call directly the supervisor, they gave me attitude!!! And this crap is the 3rd time it happens!!! I don't know what it's going on there but since the last year the service and the quality is in decline!! Please corporate do something!! I took pictures of the sause with some cheese on the chicken parmesan and no chicken!! And on the mango habanero wings they are using Tabasco sauce when is habanero no Tabasco!!! PLEASE SEND SOME...

Terrible experience with online ordering & Carside pickup.

First, our food didn't even go into the oven until well after it was supposed to be picked up. We'd already been waiting 20 minutes outside when the tracker updated to say it was baking.

Then, when we tried to call the store to see what the issue was, it didn't even ring. It just went straight to a message about the phone not being able to take calls at that time.

The Dominos texting help was also completely useless in a time-sensitive situation, since it was all done by a bot that just sent me an email with the case number.

We finally went inside to see what the problem was, and the person behind the counter was completely unfazed and said they "hadn't had time to bring stuff out in a while." Meanwhile, we'd seen at least 4 other people get their orders.

Despite what the tracker said, there was our order, just sitting on a shelf getting cold.

This store clearly needs to stop being so cheap and hire more people for weekends. There's clearly a volume issue that the current workers can't handle, and they aren't paid enough to deal with people's frustration. As a result, things are completely disorganized and it's become untenable for us. We used to go to this location regularly but...
