I visited this dunkin right after the 10 am mass at the church across the street. I ordered my food before I crossed the street at 10:56 am on the app.
I waited for almost an hour for my food to be put on the mobile order shelf. I get it, it's the morning rush since there's a church across the street.
I had ordered 2 drinks, a black pepper snacking bacon, and hashbrowns.
I see that my drinks were put on the shelf in front of me after a while and I hear the grey haired lady mumble to herself "snacking bacon and hashbrowns...." with bags in front of her. I say "I think that's my order..."
She said "NO it's not your food. We're waiting on your food."
Ma'am, how do you know my name? Do you know if the order is actually mine? Maybe ask my name first before blatently assuming it's mine. The labels on the bags were facing away from me. I couldn't read them. It sounded like my order.
I was so astounded that I didn't say anything. I could only make a face of utter shock.
Another one of her coworkers came over and she passed all the orders off to her and said "she's waiting for her food" and I get a paper bag shoved in my face.
Again, not asking for my name.
I get it, not everyone wants to work. But stop taking it out on customers. It gives a bad vibe and atmosphere.
I'm planning to not ever coming back to this location. I've been to better that are more organized...

No hello, good morning, just nasty attitude when you smile at the workers or say thank you. They just stand there at the drive thru clearly annoyed that you ordered there and then don’t even respond to polite manners. Sorry you have a job, sorry you have to work. If someone is being polite to you, why does that piss you off? And what’s crazy is it wasn’t even during the busy hours where I can see maybe feeling a little flustered or overwhelmed. If you hate working so much, quit so then us customers who are spending our HARD EARNED money don’t need to be contributing to nasty workers who clearly hate working. Read moreThese people can’t read. They can’t read the labels they put on their own cups. They can’t read the labels on their bottles to refill the machines. There is always raspberry flavor put where the coconut goes. I’m convinced 75% of employees over there don’t speak any English because everything is always wrong and yet the order was correctly written on the cup. Also the manager is confrontational and has trouble keeping certain lids in stock and likes to double charge for cold foam. I have changed my entire morning routine to avoid this dunkins I suggest you do the same.
