The Manager, on morning shift attitude is very nasty at store # 1005 I came here on a Friday August 29, 2025 and the same women had an attitude the first time I came to this location she told me to download the app and I could get a free 10 piece nugget but then suggested I need to learn how to read and be more tech savvy. Little did she know I work very well with technology and just didn’t really go to Wendy’s on the regular. I checked her about it in a professional way and told her she should choose a better choice of words when you talk to people then today Me and my friend came into Wendy’s 9/2/25 at 10:05 she rushed to tell my friend you have to order or leave the restaurant she while he was sitting down little did she know I was treating him to breakfast I was also in the bathroom and heard here from the men’s restroom I assume she was mad from the last encounter we had and it wasn’t even that serious anyway we ordered our food and the manager didn’t say nothing else. I am very upset and the area directors or the boss who is over her needs to talk to her immediately! At Wendy’s store number 1005 20066 on 8 mile rd that’s how people get hurt not that I would do that but if I was in my younger days I would have snatch her from behind that counter! Read moreI placed an order on Door Dash and decided to pick it up directly. Upon arriving, I had the absolute displeasure of being spoken to by whom I believe to be the most disrespectful and belligerent person I have ever dealt with in my life. I don’t know her name as she did not wear a name tag. She told me that there was no order with my name and immediately closed the window and walked away. I stayed at the window due to having questions regarding my order which was still on my Door Dash screen as ready for pick up. She returned saying nothing and having a very displeased look on her face as if I was wasting her time. I tried to confirm the address of the location and she turned her screen to me and told me that she said there’s no order under my name. I asked her to check again as I confirmed the location with the Door Dash map. She angrily barked that she had already told me three times that they didn’t have it. I proceeded to leave and request a refund from Door Dash (which I received). I will NEVER come back to this Wendy’s again and will definitely second guess patronizing any other Wendy’s going forward if this is the level of customer service that this corporation allows. Read moreI went to this wendys today and was..... baffled, for lack of a better word. I went in and ordered 2 burgers and a fry. Young lady in front of me was getting her order. She complained that the fries were cold. So the food maker lady took the fries and threw them in the garbage. This shocked the young lady and me. The young asked why did she discard the food. The employee said its company policy. The young lady said if she had a choice of cold food or wasting food she would have took it cold. I wondered why didn't they save it for the homeless people. Anyway after that the workers was confused that the young lady was upset over wasting food. Then the cashier walked to the register and greeted me with a stare. No how u doings or can I help yous. After taking my order, there was three people making food. Why did he have to get in the mix to get my fries and put my burger in the bag. He went from money to food without washing his hands.
