I usually have a wonderful experience here I’ve been coming here for years, but I went in today and there were two ladies that were very rude to me. I ordered my meal from my phone and went to pick it up. When I got there. There was a gentleman in front of me ordering some food and he paid for it. Then I told them my name and waited for my food. Five minutes later they gave the gentleman who had just placed his order his food and still had not started mine yet and I looked at the girl and I said didn’t he just walk in and order his food she said yes and I just smiled and looked away like OK. Then she continued talking to her coworker while I could clearly hear her stating I think she’s pissed because he got his food before her, I still did not say one word did not even look at her then she started explaining to me how if they have walk-ins that they take priority over call ins. I still did not say one word, and did not look at her then she continue talking about me to her coworker explaining to her that I was pissed because I called my order in and he had just got there as if I was not there and could not even hear her which I wasn’t pissed at all just a little surprised as I said I didn’t say one word or so much as give a dirty look nothing. Then when my food was up instead of handing it to me, they went to the other side at the end of the counter, sat it on the counter and said your food is over there which they have always handed it to me standing by the register I looked at them and said OK I will not be back here and she said good we don’t want you back then I looked at her and said I will be speaking to your manager about the way you have just treated me today. She smiled and said she’s right here go ahead, I don’t think it was the manager at all not that it matters because I just walked out and I will not be back. I have never been so disrespected and treated so unprofessional. The girls there are completely ghetto to treat somebody that way and need to learn how to be...
Read moreI like going to Jimmy John's because while the sandwiches cost more there, you usually get what you pay for and you can be as picky as you like. I decided to stop at this location since I was driving by. It's a pain getting in here if you're driving northbound on Dix, but that's not really the restaurant's fault.
Anyway, I've only been at this location once before and everything went fine, so I gave them two stars. This time though, things did not go smoothly. While the lady cashing me out was friendly and polite, it was nearly impossible to hear the redhead who was about to make my sandwich. There is loud music, people talking, plastic between everyone, and everyone's wearing a piece of cloth over their mouths. When I asked her to repeat herself twice and told her "I'm sorry, I can't hear you at all," she rudely yelled "Everything on it?!" with a rude, sarcastic eye roll and a facial expression that would have gotten me slapped by my parents as a teenager. I told her specifically what I wanted on it, and she missed the avocado spread that I asked for and went very light on the vegetables. So basically, I paid $9 for a piece of bread with one tomato slice, one cheese slice, and one cucumber slice. I shouldn't have to babysit the employees and open and look at everything before leaving when I'm paying that much. This isn't McDonald's.
I'm sorry to say, but I don't recommend this location at all. Go to another Jimmy John's, or go to Subway where you can watch them make your sandwich step by step so you can be sure you're getting your...

Some things to keep in mind about this experience: there are four businesses all of which are operating to some degree at this time and each of the parking spots directly in front of the businesses were taken.
Gave them a visit today as they were offering curbside service and parked in view of their front door. Called to place our two-sub order while in the parking lot. Fella asked me on the one what vehicle I was in etc. 20 minutes pass and I call in to make sure there's no misunderstanding with my order only to be greeted with one of those impersonal and immediate holds. Let five minutes of hold time pass and call back again. Let the guy [fairly respectfully] know I had been waiting a while and the only thing they felt the need to say is that I should have parked closer like "more in front of the building" but that they'll "get it right out to me."...
