It's been a long time coming for this complaint. We've been burned too many times by this Little Caesars and I'm finally going to complain about it. First off, they are almost always short on help and they do not answer the phone. You get a call center now where you can't even ask for things like extra butter parm all over the pizza. And sometimes they have very long waits for orders. Every time we go to Little Caesars we order the same things: crazy bread, pepperoni cheese bread, and/or an extra most bestest pepperoni with light sauce, all with extra extra butter parm all over. This particular visit was extra terrible. We ordered all three items I just listed above, and we received a pizza loaded with way too much sauce, and the only thing that had extra extra butter parm on it was the pepperoni cheese bread, which was mangled from them not cutting it right. The pizza and the crazy bread had only a light amount of butter parm so I asked the worker that brought out the next person's order to please add us some more butter parm on both items. I watched him go to the back and take two parm shakers to our crazy bread and proceed to put WAYYY too much parm on. Then he took our pizza and did the same thing. The other worker that was pulling pizzas out of the oven made the remark, "Wow! That's a LOT of parm!" And the other guy said, in a very rude tone of voice, "Well she ASKED for MORE!!" to which the other employee shook his head in what I can only assume was disbelief. I got our food and got back to the car and when we opened them up, there was so much parm that you couldn't even see the pizza anymore!! We chose not to go back in and complain to what could've easily ended up being that same guy, so we went home to try and eat it. This was a bad idea. We both were only able to eat a small amount of any of it and the rest got thrown away. There was SO MUCH pizza sauce on our LIGHT sauce pizza, and SO MUCH parm on the pizza and crazy bread that we both had upset stomachs for 2 days! I also had terrible heartburn from the pizza sauce, which is why I always order light sauce. Now I'm all for loading my stuff with parm, but when the person has a smart attitude about it and wants to be a jerk about me asking to add a little more, that's just not cool. This is by far not the first time we have gotten our food this exact way but normally they don't ever put quite so much parm and they don't usually have this kind of attitude about it. They normally seem to think that because I asked them to add more, that I really mean that I want the entire shaker on it. But they don't seem to do it on purpose, they seem to think they are doing what I asked. But this time it was different. It was malicious. Once the pizza was in the garbage, the empty box had LITERALLY about a HALF A CUP of parm in just the corners of the box!!! We only live a few blocks away from here, so it really sucks that we will have to waste money from now on to go to a further store to receive edible food. Bring back manager Amanda who was there up until about a year ago!! She was awesome and always made our food perfect!!
I also think it's crazy that Little Caesars workers STILL aren't required to wear gloves when taking the stuff out of the ovens and boxing them up. I know they hardly ever really touch any food, but they also come up to the front and touch money and etc. and I almost never see anyone wash their hands between tasks. Accidents happen and sometimes the food gets touched. Washed hands at the least would be nice but gloves that get changed between tasks would be even better. And if your food doesn't get touched, your boxes and bags do. 🤷🏼♀️ Sometimes even the ones in the back making the pizza before it goes into the oven don't wear...

I have experienced two deeply disappointing visits to the Little Caesars at 13248 Eureka Road in Southgate, MI.
First Visit – Friday, May 30th:
Upon arriving to pick up my order, I discovered it wasn't ready on time. One of the pizzas was missing a slice, and the staff admitted that part of it had been dropped on the floor but still placed it in the warmer. The pizzas were overcooked and burnt. The manager, Antoinette, exhibited a disrespectful demeanor, never addressing me directly or offering an apology. Instead, I overheard her discussing my situation with other staff members. It's unacceptable to expect a customer to take home a pizza that's both incomplete and burnt. She tried to say that my pizza was burnt because it had light sauce and was thin crust. Which is simply not true. This is the only pizza my daughter who is autistic eats. It never looks like that. During my time there, several other customers were also requesting refunds. The lady working the counter named Amber was very apologetic to every customer and was working diligently to rectify any mistakes.
Second Visit – Friday, June 6th:
Hoping for a better experience, I returned today around the same time. Unfortunately, the situation was chaotic. Orders were delayed, and multiple customers were visibly frustrated, some asking for their money back. Once again, my pizza was overcooked despite the wait.
I chose not to call the store to report the issue, as I no longer wish to interact with the management.
It's disheartening to see such consistent issues at this location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements.
I have contacted corporate for a refund for my order today.
I understand that sometimes people are short-staffed. People have bad days, and sometimes they're busy. But it's never acceptable 2 Fridays in a row to have to wait on your Pizza longer. Then you're given time, and the pizza comes out, burnt. Or that your pizza's missing pieces. Or that a manager disrespectfully talks about their mistake as if it's the customer's fault and never addresses you with any kind of...
Read moreToday I placed an order for two cheese pizzas and two Crazy Breads from Little Caesar's. I was informed the order would be ready in 15 minutes, so I arrived 30 minutes later to ensure it was prepared. Upon arrival, I notified the staff I was there to pick up my order and was left waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before being told my order wasn't ready yet.
After stepping outside and waiting an additional 20 minutes, I returned inside and waited another 10 minutes, requesting updates from the employees. Unfortunately, there was no communication or information provided. I observed other customers coming in, placing orders, and receiving their food promptly, which added to my curiosity of the status of my own order.
Having worked in the service industry, I understand the challenges and always strive to be patient and understanding. However, the lack of communication and updates left me feeling disregarded. After waiting for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes, I finally asked a second employee about the status of my order, as the first had not provided any information. Only then was I informed that their computers were down. The response was delivered in a manner that made me feel like my inquiry was unreasonable.
It is crucial for staff to communicate with customers regarding any issues and potential delays with their orders. Leaving customers standing around without any updates and then treating them as a bother for seeking information is unacceptable. I did not pester the staff and only inquired twice (since the first time was left unanswered) after waiting over an hour. I remained polite throughout the ordeal, but received no apology for the wait.
The only information I received was, "the computers are down," delivered in a disinterested manner. This experience was disappointing, as I consider myself an easygoing, patient, and friendly person. Improved communication and customer service would greatly enhance the experience. I’m understanding, but communication is needed. I can’t imagine doing that to a Karen, yet my inquiry was bothersome to the...
