Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Newport

I had just finished an Amazon flex shift and this is the first time I have seen this new business. They have waffle sandwiches that look really good and some bagel ones. They were out of the waffles but had the other sandwiches but instead decided on some donut holes.

When I first tried them I wasn't sure what I thought (nothing special) but then I hit the 3rd one and they became addictive :). Needless to say, I didn't save half for my kiddo as I intended.. that rarely happens :).

Deleted my last review because the "owner" , whoever replied to last review seemed really concerned and motivated. I have since been back 2 more times. Both with the same outcome, poor slow service. If you take time out of your day to drive there and order in person, you should not have to wait while they tend to online orders or prep for other occasions. I really have not have a bad experience here. The employees are always very friendly, they seem to enjoy their job which definitely rubs off on their customer service. I went through today with my two dogs and asked for a side of bacon and they gave it to me happily! They heated it up and everything. To the girl who was making her cooking a sausage, egg and cheese into a song: you made my day lol. Stay happy and positive! It has an effect...
