If you have a food allergy, do not waste your time going here. I stopped in last week wanting to order and take home 10-20 meals and I asked a very simple question: Are your frozen meals labeled for food allergies (i.e., dairy, wheat, nuts, etc.)? After a long pause and a bit of simmering both reps behind the counter said something to the effect of “We don’t label our meals for food allergies other than to list the ingredients on the package.” So, imagine trying to read through the ingredients for 10-15 different meals to figure out if the list of ingredients contains an item you’re allergic to. Avoid. UPDATE: The store manager reached out to me to inform me that their meals are marked for allergens, and apparently this is a training issue with their staff (at least the two that I spoke with) who didn't know their meals were marked. Still an issue, and I have not yet been back, but I will give them a try in the near future. Revising my review from 1 star to 3 stars until I pay them...
Read moreWish there was a refund policy on these. Tried the country loaded potato bowl and realized the potatoes were powdered and the chicken was from a can. Threw that one out. So I tried a bite of the Arnold in a Bowl and it was just mush, like dog food consistency. Had to throw out the rest of my meals unfortunately. What a waste of money - wish I would have started with one or two containers. I’m most upset that they chose the name Clean Eatz, when the food is made with such low quality ingredients, packed with preservatives and inflammatory oils. The ingredients are listed like ‘mashed potatoes, chicken, corn”, but that doesn’t tell the true story of what’s really inside the meal. Giving two stars because they do a good job with the macros, and I understand that P, C, F and calories are the biggest focus for people trying to meet their goals, but the quality just isn’t up to par for me, especially for the price and the misleading...
Read moreMy boyfriend recently visited this establishment and had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to share. He came home and immediately told me how impressed he was—not just with the food, service, but with how genuinely kind one of the employees was to him.
My boyfriend has a stutter, and unfortunately, he’s often met with impatience or rudeness when trying to communicate. But this time was different. He was treated with respect, kindness, and patience—something that truly meant a lot to both of us. It may seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge impact.
Based on his experience, I’m really looking forward to visiting myself—and I can already see this becoming one of my go-to places for carryout orders, especially for work. Thank you for treating people with kindness and dignity. It matters more...
