Paradise Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Southington

Worst customer service experience. One star is too much for this place. Ordered on the way back from work arrived at my home and driver was walking away leaving pizza on the porch. He claimed he knocked but my husband and sons said he didn't. Got inside open my pizza box to find all cheese had slide off to one corner. Driver must have dropped it or it slid off his seat. I called to inform them and was told they were making a new one and it would arrive soon. I put the ruined pizza to the side for them to take back and waited 40 mins...... nothing. I called again they stated driver just left to deliver the pizza another 40 minutes.... nothing. I let my kids eat the trashed pizza. I called again and they were closed. What kind of pos says they are fixing the issue and is lying with noo intentions of delivering a new one. What kind of driver drops a pizza and tries to sneak off and leave it outside without even calling. What a waste of time and money. Never again. Horrible people Horrible service and for sub par pizza at best....

Our absolute favorite place in Southington since we stopped being regulars at renaldos! I’m actually glad we tried Paradise because their food is the best we’ve ever had! Not only that but everything they make is with love, the delivery driver with the accent (I dunno his name) is so sweet and In the months we’ve been ordering, we had one small issue and it was promptly taken care of wayyyy over what they needed to do! This business here is everything a pizza place should be! Good dough, tasty sauce, the mozzarella is the best we’ve had, the toppings are fresh and everything else they make is absolutely amazing! They serve breakfast too???!!’ Whatttt!? We’ve only ordered take out but look forward to coming here! Our favorites here are the pepperoni with triple pepperoni (our son only eats the pepperoni) and a sausage and onion, burnt! My hubby loves their cheeseburger sub and their wings are to die for!!!! Honestly I used to eat here religiously, still eat here quite frequently. Usually me and my dad will order once or twice a week and get the same thing. I'd love to give it 4 or even 5 stars because when it comes out correct the food's great, but every single time I specify "chicken cutlet wrap with no tomatoes, no mayo, and no pickle" there's a good chance I'm not getting what I ordered. Right before writing this review, I ordered from here. The ticket said no tomato, no mayo, no pickle. What'd I get? Tomato and a pickle, which is still edible because tomatoes are easily removable and the pickle is on the side but it's the principle of making the customer's order what they actually ordered. I hate the fact that I can't even be excited to eat my food when it gets delivered because I know I'm rolling a chance of having to call and say my order was wrong then wait another hour.
