Upon entering the smell of fresh baked cookies and waffles was enough to pull me in. It was slow due to the winter weather, but it was definitely worth the trip. The owner was very friendly, willing to modify my order and I could tell she loved what she did. She has been frequenting multiple festivals and outdoor food truck locations with her "Cookie Ranger" truck but has now settled into this comfy location in Southington. The pictures speak well of her product and her menu is extensive. The nitrogen ice cream is soft, creamy and delicious. The serving size for the bubble waffle is more than enough. The cookies are chocked full of lovely ingredients and the waffles are soft and sweet. If you are looking for something a little different but need to fulfill your sweet tooth, be sure to try this new spot. She's open during the winter which is a real plus from 12-8 daily. Come, you won't be disappointed.

My first impression was that this place was not very inviting. We said it was our first time to see if they would recommend something but not even that. The menu is very overwhelming because there are no photos to see what's what, so you are going into things blindly. Now, the cookies were not our favorite they were very dry/bland. The bubble waffle tasted like cornmeal it was more savory than sweet. The vanilla nitro ice cream was delicious, and the regular ice cream had good flavor as well.

Excellent cookies, hard ice cream, nitro ice cream. Experienced & pleasant owner, with clean & comfortable environment. I’ve had nitro vanilla & nitro strawberry with toppings & it was delicious. Same with the cookies that come with a wide variety. Hard ice cream from fabulous Big Dipper Prospect. Best of all, it’s open in winter.

Walk in not greeting very timid high school kid behind counter order a sinful chocolate and a pb chocolate in a bubble waffle nitrogen took forever hate to see when more than 2 people order, gentleman behind counter just staring at us like we did something wrong owner comes out from office no hello no eye contact no anything and we were alone in there just my wife and I. Get my sinful chocolate the ice cream was creamy ZERO flavor got some chocolate flavor from the dallop of hot fudge that was used and a few brownie pieces but for $12 I expected to be wowed, wife's pb chocolate same thing no chocolate flavor at all the reeses pieces carried most of the peanut butter flavor again a $12 disappointment. Did I mention noone was in there and 4 out of the 5 tables were filthy, sad to see such a new business not want to talk to your only customers, and to have to find a clean table or just clean it yourself, good luck in the future I don't see your cookies carrying...

Lovely concept of a local cookie/ice cream shop that is relatively close to the rails to trails. The shop is large and the menu offers quite a bit of variety but the prices are high for the quality of the cookies/ice cream being offered. Picked up a s’mores cookie and an ice cream sandwich. The s’mores was fairly good and chewy but for the price you can make them at home. The ice cream sandwich on the other hand was not very tasty. The cookies were rock solid due to how cold the ice cream was so they’d break rather than being chewy — having some give. Definitely not worth the cost for the struggle with trying to consume it. The employees were nice and they were training some kids the day I went in. It’s decent...
