If I could give zero stars I would so unprofessional and rude. Food was bland and burnt and I at first just asked for something else for the same price which they did not allow and refused a refund. The owner hung up in my face and said they had a rush so that’s why my food was burnt. A rush does not excuse giving someone something uneditable and terrible. Then to tell me they ate the food but another excuse for not giving me a refund was because I took a bite of the food? Saying to me “oh you did bite it” but then you are saying in the same sentence “we ate the food because it was fine” makes absolutely no sense if they “ate it” after we bit the bland burnt chicken on top that’s really unsanitary. Yes we bit the disgusting burnt bland chicken on top of the macaroni obviously I had to try the food and hope it did not taste as bad as it looked but it indeed did. Arguing with a customer when I was being kind and asking for other options besides a refund is so unprofessional and I could not believe the way he treated me. Would never recommend their business and the owner was beyond disrespectful on the phone. To refuse even a refund for at least one of the items is beyond ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you are doing karaoke even SoLA karaoke themselves said they have gotten a lot of complaints. This place ruined my whole night! I hope moving forward SoLA chooses to not promote this horrible business and disgusting food. Nestled in a revitalized factory with other specialty shops at One Factory Square in Southington, one can find The Lab@Kraftwich. You can find an intetesting and eclectic blend of salads, sandwiches and snacks on the menu. I had the Sweet Sesame Chicken Sandwich and their house made potato chips. The flavor of the sandwich was amazing, the sesame honey offsetting the bitter of the sundried tomatoes, plus the roasted red peppers and arugala blended for a delughtful sensation on top of the roasted chicken breast fillet (which was tender and moist). I was in a meeting in the common area outside the store, so the person delivered the my sandwich right to my chair side! Please don't rat me out for distracted driving. I was on my way to work as soon as my meeting let out. I must admit that the sandwich was not friendly to my while driving. So please don't attempt that. Awesome flavors and food!! Amazing service!! We randomly try slots all the time,this was a gem! Went for lunch on "juneteenth" and was not disappointed. I got watermelon gazpacho that was unbelievablely refreshing and delicious! We also started with Mexican street corn that was the best bite I've have in a long time! Get the street corn if available!!! My girlfriend got loaded potatoe wedges that were mind blowing with bacon and homemade cheese sauce! I got the Tuscan cod which was fantastic and a mammoth size meal! The servers was a delight and very welcoming! We will be back for sure!
