I was never treated so rudely by a salesperson in my entire adult life. Initially I was greeted by a gentlemen named Val who was delightful and courteous but his sister Pam took over and she kept telling me what I wanted instead of allowing me to explain what i was looking for. Every time I tried to ask a question she became short with me cut me off. She would not allow me to look at samples and insisted on handing them to me based on what she thought was best. She was rude and abrupt and told me I had too many questions and she could see they would not have what I wanted and asked me to leave. They are supposed to be the only John Thomas distributor in CT and I knew exactly what I wanted from the JT website but was not allowed to explain. I don't know how they stay...
