Starbucks — Restaurant in Southlake

This has to be the absolute worst location- VERY SLOW. They rarely have online mobile orders ready. If you like standing there for 30 min at a time waiting for an order you placed almost an hour before getting there then this is your place. I ordered an oatmeal, nothing fancy. Ordered it about 35min before I would get there, even thought it would be cold just to get there and they STILL didn't have it ready. I waited about 10 extra min and nothing. Not to mention there was already about 6 other people waiting around. No one bothered to ask us our order or what were were waiting for, I ended up having to leave without it. Reached out to customer service for a refund since I didn't get my order and they declined it. So they kept my money and my food. This place is terrible, steer clear! I've been here quite a few times and service is almost always lacking. First, the girl working the register this morning is consistently unfriendly and only made worse by her chewing her gum, mouth wide open.

Mobile oder were completely ignored so when I arrived well beyond the expected time frame, none of my order was out. The young man told another guy waiting on his "I will get to mobile orders in a moment".

Consistently unfriendly, unprofessional, and unpleasant. I think I'll drive a little further for better service. I gave grace for a while when it first opened. Now it's time...

Absolutely worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced in a hotel in my life . 6:30a and second person in line . No butter for bagels , no plain bagel eventhough that’s what I ordered and then was told later they didn’t have . Needed a carrier and was told the first person of the day took the last one . The kicker was when she said , I think you can manage . Seriously . Food sucked , was stale and cold even though asked for toasted. Absolute waste of $20....
